I am substantially impressed. Not only with the service I have received and the community here, but the product itself is fantastic!!!

I placed my first ever e cig order last Saturday with V4L. The order shipped on Monday and arrived in San Diego on Wednesday afternoon. It arrrived complete and in perfect condition. I ordered quite a few items as I had no idea what I needed (or didn't) or what I would like (or not). Not only did I receive each item that I had ordered, I even had a couple "extra" items to try out. The packaging itself was very professional and exceeded my expectations.

There is definately a short learning curve. It will get easier after a few tries, I promise. I feel like a pro after my third day. Speaking of my third day, this is the first time in about 15 years I have gone three days without an "analog". And I have no desire for one at all. After vaping a bunch on Thanksgiving(day one), I decided to have a "real" one to see if I felt any more satifisfied than I did from the VK. Nope, Just tasted worse and made my hands stink.

Rather than writing a book here, I'll see if I can find a Flavor review thread to add to. Just wanted to say a big thanks to everyone here for steering me in this direction. I am so stoked to not have had a smoke in 72 hrs...

One final note... To the first timers, don't assume that because you smoke a pack a day that you will want the higher strengths. Order the low and mid first and maybe one pack of the high to get through the stressful times. You might, like me,be surprised how little nicotine you can live with.

Good idea, but with the juice I actually prefer to buy high and cut it down with VG myself to dial it in. It's really hard to add more nicotine, but really easy to bring the level down.

However, as contrast, don't assume you need low nic if you were a light smoker. I was half a pack a day of superslim lights and I need higher nic. 36 mg/mL, all day chain vape to the point I was rotating atties when they got too warm, and still needed a couple smokes each day. I had to kick it up to about 48 to finally kick analogs and occasionally put down the e-cig. If you have leftover mixing liquid, you can always start playing with making your own flavors.

I have some 5ml bottles of High Nic juice, and right now I'm finding the 18mg carts good for me...How much VG would you add to make the 36mg juice the same as a 18mg?

50/50 would get you to 18 mg, but it's also going to cut your flavor. You could also get to 18 mg by mixing the 36 mg 50/50 with 0 mg of the same flavor juice and keep the flavor.

Congrats and Welcome! I've been vaping 24mg carts and refilling with med juice(18mg I think). It has been so much easier for me than I thought it would be but a little tricky to get it just right. Sometimes I think my next order should be all 36mg because I feel the nic level might be a little low and other times I feel like maybe I could go real low since it has been so easy so far. My first couple drags of 24 got me feeling surprisingly light headed but after a day I was vaping pretty frequently. I think I will go with 36 and if its too much maybe try adding a little VG just to see what happens, Ive never tried before.
Refilling carts I thought would be incredibly simple to figure out but to be honest I think I wasn't doing it right at first. I was scared to leave home with only refilled carts in case I filled them wrong and they didnt work for me. After a week though I feel like a pro and have a whole system down. I use 2 during the day and refill/top off those 2 at night and cap them and toss them in my jacket pocket and pop the 2 from the night before in my case to have them ready for the next morning. That way I have 2 filled ready to go and 2 filled as backups in my pocket. So far I've been on the same 4 carts for a week and a half and they are still in great shape with plenty of life left! I throw my 2 auto batts on the chargers when I refill at night and use my manual during the evening and in the morning put the autos in the case and the manual on charge.

Very nice post Leroy, it's refreshing to hear stories like that. I had a very similar experience and happy to be off the analogs.

You will be very suprised at how things will start tasting better and before you know it, you'll be able to smell someone smoking a cigarette 5 cars ahead of you going down the highway at 50 mph :D

Thanks for all the kind words and encourgement. My sense of smell is already starting to sharpen. Cigarettes are starting to smell really foul (and unfortunately so is my truck. I hope that a good detail and carpet shampoo and some Febreeze will do the trick). Dinner was awesome tonight although I must admit, that may be more due the fact that my Wife has become a fantastic cook.(Yes, I thanked her profusely).

I've had the opportunity to share my new discovery with three smokers so far. They were all pretty excited and I directed them both here and to the V4L site. Hopefully it will work out for them. I guess its pretty common to get quizzed about "what is that?" but it's still new to me and I am trying really hard to contain my enthusiasm and not come off sounding like a re-run of pitch men.

4 Days under my belt and my first really stressful day at work... Wasn't even tempted...
