The original image was shaped wrong for a Chuck (way too wide!)

I took and re-did the type so that I could move it above the button and made the shape fit a SMALL Chuck.

Here's what the seam area looks like:

And a quickie mock-up:

Let me know what your thoughts are and what size Chuck you're looking to get.

And you said that was a small Chuck? Correct? Those final images are for a LARGE Chuck (the original image was sized more for a small but the OP wants a large so I add to the top/bottom to get it to the shape needed for a large Chuck.

I don't want to pester you but how did you do that, and make it look so grand??
Grand? LOL, wasn't me! A breakdown of what I did to the original image?
1. Redid some of the lightning bolts (so they'd start at the star tips)
2. Redid the text so that I could adjust placement and spacing
3. Added the dates at the bottom
4. Added the Star to help fill some of the extra height
5. Blended the background for the are added at the top and to make it "seamless" side to side
6. Various other minor tweaks

Since the OP liked that image I just wanted to make it work for a chuck without losing the overall "look and feel". Someone took the time to create the original image (not me) which really made what I did quite easy. Starting completely from scratch would've taken more work.

Here's what the original, unaltered pic looked like:

And the finished imagefor comparision:

As you can see, I really didn't have to do that much to it.

Any chance of getting one of those Chucks with some '85 Bears pix on it?

I'm officially out of the mock-up business but there are quite a few others that can help so don't dispair! (Waffle, Houdini, 420, ???, have all done them in the past!) As I see it you do have 3 options:

1. Just order and tell Jeff to make you a custom Bears Chuck and he'll come up with something fabulous (though you won't see it until it's created, that does add to the suprise!)
2. Start a thread asking for mock-up/Photoshop help. Hopefully someone can come up with some ideas for you (this option allows you to see a rough version of what the finished Chuck MIGHT look like - Keep in mind any/all mock-ups are just a rough approximation and are not indicative of exactly how the finished product will look!)
3. Find a picture that you like "as-is" and send it to Jeff with your order and he'll work to put it on your Chuck

Regardless of which option you chose, you're gonna end up cool as you'll have a Chuck!
