When I chain vape on my twist I get a burnt taste does the darwin prevent this?

You are probably burning the filler or the atty depending on what you are using. You need to keep stuff WET.

Same thing on all devices, the name of the device will not keep you from burning up atties or cartos.

You might want to try and start at a lower voltage and move up with the clearos. Are you using the short wick clearos or the long wick? Also if your juice ratio is too VG heavy you may have a wicking problem. Also chain vaping "may" indicate your nic level is too low.

Vivi tanks 2.4 @ 4 to 4.7v gotvapes dream scape, cafe de creame for the juice.

No a darwin will do the same thing. There isn't a device made (except you) that can say "it tastes burned, I need to turn the voltage down"
That's to hot for a Nova tank. Top coil devices run hotter than bottom coils. Turn that 2.4ohm down to 3.5-3.7v and you will see a big implovement. There are even some flavors that will make you turn it down even lower.
