I just posted this over in the new members forum and thought it might be helpful for new SI users here. You have a bunch of different flavors but you don't want to fill a new carto for each one just to try them out.
The answer is you can take an old used carto and drip it. Video from mr.outlaw below and then a few more comments:
It's better using a manual but autos are sealed - which means they are drip resistant. You can use the carto with the filler taken out on an auto. Just don't drip into it while it's screwed onto the auto. Two drops is enough - you don't want to flood the cartomizer. So put two drops in, wait a few seconds to ensure it isn't flooded (you'll see it leak out the bottom if its flooded), then vape.
You should get about ten hits vaping from two drops. I've done this myself.
So - pull the carto stuffing out with tweezers, drop in two drops of juice. Wait a few seconds, then put carto on battery.
Since Volt and X2 autos are sealed - if you do get a bit off juice on them just wipe it off. It is best to avoid getting juice on a battery - so drip the carto off the battery then screw it on.
Volts and X2s are 808 threaded. So if you want an atomizer you need either an 808 or to buy an 808-510 adapter. The cartomizer method works fine with SI stuff tho. SI cartos are bottom coil so using them to drip works well. If you buy an atomizer you want 2.6-2.8 ohms - which is what the SI cartos are.
