For those of you that don't like the logo of TW...

I bought both the eGo and the Tornado. I never did like there logo, I just think it looks childish, IMHO, so on the bottom of my Tornado batteries I took very fine grit sand paper and sanded off the lil devil logo. Now the bottom of the batteries look like brushed steal, doesn't look bad at all, I like the brushed metal look myself. I just thought I would share this with anyone else that doesn't like the lil devil logo like myself.

EDIT: Thanks to techtony, I saw all was made right with the situation with Mr. Big and I'm happy to see that it was. Wish it didn't happen to him and thank you TW for making it right. I have edited my original post also and hope to see more reviews by Mr. Big.

From someone who did a review on there products and used a quote for some were else and they told that person that they no longer wanted his business because he quoted something. I just don't think that's right at all and I'm not going to do business with a company that drives off there customers, even if it wasn't me. It just wasn't right, in my minds eye. There customer service was find with me and my package was sent out quickly with tracking number and all that but I was just totally taken aback when I read and saw what was said to one of our reviews on this forum.

I've got a buffing wheel at work that I'm pretty sure will take it off too... ought to brighten up the end cap to boot!

Of course..... any old stick-on dot would cover it too.

I order from TW very often. I have got nothing but great service. I love their eliquid even though it cost a little more. They always answer my emails. Don't let a few bad reviews detur you from using them. My husband has anonline business and you will always have a few complaints from customers.

I for one love their site and the little devil after all we are kind of devilish for vaping.

I hear what your saying martha and know what ya mean. I'm not upset or anything like that, I just don't agree with being treated that way, even if it wasn't me. My whole ordering process was great and I myself don't have anything bad to say about them, but like I said, it just rubbed me the wrong way. As for the devil...I'm a lil devilish but I just don't like how there's looks lol, if that makes sense. I'm a plain jane type of person and rather there not be a lil devil there. I guess I could have left it there for others to say "hey look, shes got a devil e-cig for her devilish personality" lmao...I'm sure I would have never heard the end of it from my friends. They always enjoy messin with me, but it's all in fun.

I'm pretty good friends with my postal lady, and one of the first things I ordered was from TW. I was pretty excited and rushed her before she made it to my street as she'll hand me the priority stuff if I'm going by (I work nights).

I told her I was really excited to get this package... she obliged and dove into the parcel pile, and pulled out a plain brown wrapper package marked from "Totally Wicked Enterprises".

Hmm... totally wicked... plain brown wrapper... excited customer....

Try 'splaining your way out of that one!

I have to agree with Bella on this one. ECF is pretty much a close knit group, and whether it comes from outside (FDA) or inside (one of our suppliers) an attack on one is an attack on all. We have, for the most part, a great group of suppliers but I have saw a couple that I won't do business with because of their posts here and on their website.

In the banned video thread it was established that the ban was not sanctioned by TW but someone took it upon themselves at the company, and his account was restored. I respect everyone’s decision but I just want to mention it here as to not let everyone think that TW is an evil company or something , the actions of one do not reflect the intentions of the company, I'm sure.

I simply buy my attys elsewhere, as I too hate the branding on TWs ones. I don't know why they bother putting the branding on their hardware, as I believe it drives more people away from their product than it attracts. It looks really kiddish.
Their 801 attys are even worse, they have a giant red devil logo on them, impossible to cover up discretely. I don't want my e-cig to be a billboard for TW thanks very much.
The only reason I buy batteries from TW is because no-where else sells the 5 packs of TAWA mega batteries. Why they have to put a giant black 'MP' on them really annoys me too. Have they never heard of 2pt type?
I do understand where the OP is coming from on this.
