I ordered amidst that rush on 3-20-09 and just want to say that I got my order yesterday.

Due to the massive amount of orders, they were swamped with shipping so a delay was to be expected.

I was told my order was shipped on 3/24 and I got it in the mail 3/26. All things considered, that was pretty fast.

Don't fret, it'll get there! :D
 
Well okay it's been exactly one week and it HASN'T EVEN SHIPPED YET. I would be fine if someone would contact me I mean it was nearly 100 dollars order that I was double charged for so not only am I completely in the dark as to when it will even ship, people are receiving order that were placed long after mine. BUT I'M 200 POORER and have nothing to show for it. I've e-mailed on website, I've e-mailed Steve directly. I also PMed him on here still nothing. I think this is my last go round with puresmoker I mean I haven't even had anyone say Hey I'm sorry were working on it. Nothing this is ridiculous.

1 week myself and no reply's, shipping message 2 days ago yet still nothing in the mail. funny how usps from MO got to me in 2 days yet from TN I am going on 3 and still nothing. Regardless of how busy they are this just plain sucks, I'll never do business with them again.


Just to clear up things from my end I did recieve my delivery today 8 days after the order. still no responses to any of my inquiries though. I guess the point is they did deliver although a bit late for my taste. I can appreciate the mass orders they got and how much work it must have been, but still my first experience with this vendor was less then stelar as everyone boasted.

Well I have learned one thing. Don't order your supplies if you need them in 2 or 3 days. I now keep a good month supply onhand and order when I'm about 3 weeks out. I'm waiting for my order too, but I can wait now that I have backup stock.

Amen, verhoeven. I'm trying to get there too. I put down the analogs three days ago and I imagine if I were in dire straits like some other folks seem to be I'd be just as upset. I've never had this problem with Puresmoker, but I have had it with one other supplier so I can sympathize. (waited for an entire month). That's why I order from PS. I imagine Steve & Co are trying so hard to fix this that it doesn't leave alot of time for answering emails and checking the forum. Keep in mind, he previously posted about having email troubles. Who's to say he's not still having them? I bet he's well aware of the rath that is awaiting him on this forum.
