i got my "YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED" email last night... sunday the 22nd , so i'm expecting it... tuesday? wednesday?
I still have not recieved an email that said mine has shipped i hope they didnt forget about mine

I'm glad you guys are finally up and running in Tenn.
Unfortunatly, I missed out on the bum rush through your doors and now find that many of your e-juices are out of stock.
Any guesstimates when you'll be back in stock? Especially with Menthol.

Yeah I know how you feel pegling, as my order shows the same. I seem to be smoking analogs more than normal because this is my first sets of ecigs. I guess I am getting inpatient but I know Steve will pull through. I hope I get them before the weekend. I wanna quit analogs!!!!

I know that feeling. It happened to me twice. It's called back log and I'm sure they are trying there best to catch up with all the orders. For all we know, they probably still haven't unpacked their luggage from the move from California.
BUT, when they get to your order, you'll get it within 2 days or so.
Look on the bright side, at least you have an order processing. I can't even make an order, all the e-juices are sold out!!
Luckily I have a stash of menthol so I'm OK on the juice for awhile. And 2 working atomizers! I knew it would take awhile for Steve & Co. to get set up so I'm really not worried. It works for me in the long run because shipping times will lose a day now that they are on my coast finally.

Did they restock the juice today (3/25)? Says so on the home page. All out already?
Just got my order.. Got the Peach, CashCap, Pina Colada, Riskee, and 3 pen atomizers. I have a bit of a cold so I can not taste these fully, but the Peach is awesome from what I can tell. I think it tastes like Peach snapple. I have a sample pack coming tomorrow.
I though moving closer would get me one day shipping, but it is still 2 days.. :-(

I am now getting a little concerned. Today is day 6 since my order from PS and STILL no shipping email verification or response to an email regard this matter. This is my first order into the ecig world and being I have ordered hundreds of item online, this has me a little concerned. Maybe I am overreacting but WOW. Has anyone else who ordered friday NOT received an email verification for shipping?
Please understand that if this is a "normal" routine from ecig distributors, then I apologize, but being I am new to this arena I hope that my concern is not warranted.
UPDATE: I finally got Shipped in place of Processing on the PS website!!! WOOT!!!!

I ordered some stuff on the 23rd and haven't gotten anything besides an order confirmation. I understand your paranoia. I'm new to this too. Too much invested in these products to rest peacefully amidst such little correspondence.

I ordered everything on 3-20-09 still no shipping e-mail or anything just a confirmation of payment processed, I'm just wondering why it hasn't shipped I mean almost been a week need some help
I ordered my on the 21st and received an email stating that all orders should be out but the end of week. Should have mine no later than next week. I have backups from other vendors so as not to run out.

You guys should be able to log into your account on the website and check the status from there.

ON A SIDE NOTE
it won't let me log into my account says I don't have one and I've used the only e-mail address and it says I have no account but the money was taken out TWICE in my bank account
Best send an email or private message here to get that taken care of.
