For you drippers, I have a question

So if these are specifically for dripping, I assume they are less likely to leak? I think I have some like K5Blazer was talking about - seems like the juice just goes straight out the bottom. Like I originally posted, not sure of the maker. Would love to find some that hold more juice and leak a lot less.

VG just got some of those and is raving about them. Get them without the drip tip though because you can use your magenta one and they are cheaper that way.

Thanks Salem. TT uses a syringe to fill his. Do you use a syringe or just drip into it?

There is alot of room at the top before the filler starts. So I drip 20 drops. Spin. Drip 20 more. Spin. 10 drops. Spin. And let it sit to soak in for about 30 minutes before vaping. I haven't had any luck with a needle though. You should be much better then I am with one (I hope :) so it may work better for you. I know that it would have to be sharp. The blunt tip just mush the filling down.

PS. If you are able to let it soak overnight it is even better. I try and refill mine before bed for the next day. Big difference in flavor.

I drip with 2 different attys a regular 510 or a eGo Mega atty. I can't remember the last time I had any juice leak. When I use the 510 I use 3 drops at a time and the Mega I use 5 drops at a time. I vape them until the flavor goes real weak or I get just a very slight burnt taste then I drip again. You have to get used to it to recognize it but the flavor drops fast just a tiny bit before it will go burnt and usually I can catch it just in time.

PS- I like to let my cartos sit for 1/2 hour to 1 hour after I fill them they seem to have a lot more flavor after sitting for a little bit so I usually drip for a little bit after I re-fill a carto. So even though I mainly use the Joye Mega-Cartomizers I still drip about 2-3 sometimes 4 times a day and sometimes I just feel like dripping instead. I also drip to try new flavors or if I just wanna hit a little 24mg instead of my usual 18mg strength.

Yeah attys will drip if you use too many drops. However with the Buzz, it's much less an issue because of the deep juice reservoir. You don't get juice dripping down the PV and onto your hands. I find with the smaller attys, 306, 510, and 901s, 3 drops generally don't leak. With the larger Penstyle attys you can easily drip 5-6 drops without any problem. I'm sure it also depends on who made the particular atty.

AB I have been looking at the Buzz. I saw in your post you said "deep juice reservoir" What's that?

i get very minimal atty leakage with the 510 and the 306 seems to not leak much either....901 is the Niagara Falls of the atty world :)

Thats good to know. I only use attys to try new flavors but I am an 808 user. I think that I will stick to the 510 attys with adapter.

I had that problem too with my eGo/Riva/Hello batts. So far with HV Vaping, I rarely see a drip leak out of the vent hole.

I use 510 attys. I guess my original question was if there was a specific brand of atty that is less likely to leak. I don't usually like cartos but I did order some of the "dripping cartos" from IKV. I need the strong TH and flavor of dripping. Hopefully these will work out for me.

I could be wrong, but I don't think there is. 510 attys were designed with carts in mind, not drip tips. Hence they tend—all of them—to have these damned inconvenient holes in the bottom. Gravity works.

Ha Ha, you are right about that! But if I have to be surrounded by juice-saturated paper towels to get the TH/flavor that keeps me off of cigarettes, so be it!

My sentiments exactly. I keep a box of Kleenex next to both my home & work PCs and another in my car. I once had a major spill while freeway driving, had no Kleenex, was wearing too good a shirt to sacrifice and had 10 miles to go. It wasn't pleasant.
