hi Guys,

I'm having a big issue with HC site, just received my order a day before and a couple of minutes later i got this ,

[h=1]Forbidden[/h]You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please advise how to resolve this problem? Thank and million thanks!

I have no idea what site your talking about and not sure why your asking here but in general it sounds like their server is down.

Not sure what the problem is though. There is a site, let me grab the link, that tells you whether the site is off line or not.

Type the website that you are trying to access to see if it is in fact down. Considering your location, I have no clue as to what is going on.

Hi there, thank you for the replies, however it didn't work still. But I did check on the link given and the healthcabin.net is still working. It's just not working from across ALL my devices at home etc. iPad, Computer etc I really hope that someone here could give me some advise to rectify this problem man. Been googling but no avail solution to resolve this. I really appreciate should someone who knows how to fixed this on my mac. Thanks.

Try a different browser. The mac browser is terrible. I hope you're using firefox.

Dunno. I just tried the site from this corner of the world and it's loading fine.

Either their site was down, or some times that error message can be generated if your browser is sending out junk to the site you are trying to connect to. Try the usual: Clear cache & cookies, restart browser, try again.

Now thank you guys, everyone in the world seems pretty much okay accessing it but just me for now. Previously which was 3 days back I was still checking it and also received my order and outta blue this weird crazy thing happen.... the weirdest is why only Health Cabin site??? I am not a new patron to this. Tried testing, rebooting various router, system, computer etc and this affect across all devices i used at home. It can be any android or iOS devices! I've never experience anything like this crazy man! Anyone has any idea? Thank really appreciate...
