Hello fellow forum users.

Let me explain the title.

I mainly use ''what's new--today's posts'' feature.

For a couple months now,most links relates to forum suppliers and co-ops stuff.

I know I can scan sub-forums,but this is the way I am using this...dont have hrs to spend here,just several quickies.

Am I the only one starting to find this...erm....for lack of a better word,annoying?

It is indeed steering me away from this forum.

hang in there, martin! at least ''today's posts'' is marginally better than ''new posts''! where no exclusions are run.
i'm still waiting for the day when the link for ''new posts'' which is prominently featured on the main ecf tool bar includes only e-cig related posts without social groups, classifieds, suppliers etc.
i have a dim recollection of roly promising that would happen

I find it annoying too, but some people want those included. Besides, the suppliers are paying money.

Suppliers at the limit,I can live with...but given the latest fad onslaught of co-ops,its getting a bit over the top and pointless...oh well

-New Post- mostly suppliers

-Today's Post-Mostly Gen Discuss, New members

that's to be expected - unverified members do not see the posts from classifieds and co-ops. at least that's the way i understood it

but as martin said, in there's an awful lot of fluff for somebody who just wants to check on new posts concerning the main ecf forums. in your case that seems to happen with ''today's posts'' since you are not verified
