I ordered one of these a couple weeks back and it came today. I wanted to see if I liked the size, etc. as it would determine whether or not I want to build a Floris. Amazing how small it is! I softened up the bottle by working it in hot water for a bit, seemed to help - I have a bunch of the super soft bottles anyway. I had to adjust the pin on my Origen Little 16 clone to make it contact, but it is working fine now. I'm quite pleased so far - I think there is a Floris in my future.

I was just coming to post this same thought, and seen your post. They definitely don't look this small in the pictures, but these are tiny haha.

I used to kid Rob at REO that I wanted him to make a Grand the size of a Mini (a 14500 mod). This thing is almost the same size as a REO Mini, just a bit thicker.

Now I'm happy with mine. Wish I could get rid of the Frankenskull on the side. Wall isn't thick enough. I just really disliked the color I chose. Not the best pics. Freshly dried.

Fill it with Bondo or 5 minute epoxy. Repaint.

I just got my CV aluminum and although it sqounks better, the frankenskull hits harder.
I'm guessing the FS has less resistance with shorter metallic strip.
With copper it should hit a bit harder.
Don't know if copper is a good idea, it's too malleable to make a good spring. If you're going to go to all that trouble to fix something that ain't broke I'd go with the silver sheeting. Not that much more expensive.

Or you could have somebody gold plate the contacts it comes with.

Found these through one of the discussions on FT.
$2.46 Authentic HCigar VT Inbox Mod Replacement Squonk Bottle (5-Pack) 5-pack - 8ml / PE at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
Authentic hcigar VT Inbox Mod Replacement Squonk Bottle (5-Pack) 8ml / PE
$2.46 for 5 bottles. They come with CAPS! Not the adult-proof kind, just regular twist off caps. What a concept! They fit the FrankenFake caps. Supposed to be comparable to the SuperSoft bottles for easy squeezing. Still needs a grommet on the bottle cap to seal the tube there like ericnbc posted:
$2.25 Rubber Insulation Rings for eGo Batteries (50-Pack) 50-pack - grey at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
Less than $5. I just ordered these with another Frankie. I'll let y'all know how it works out.

Maybe you can make 'em work, but...they aren't twist-on caps. They are "squish on" caps.
The cap is, I think, silicone. It's got a "plug" in the middle.
I tried drilling a hole in the cap for a tube, but mucked it up and the entire plug ripped off, so i had a cap that just "pushed" on, with a tube hole in it. Tried it - made an unholy juice mess inside a mod.
Still - if you CAN make a hole THROUGH the middle plug, it might hold up under squonk-pressure and be a good bottle.
Let me know if so, and I'd try again!

I wasn't planning on using the caps for squonking. I like having bottles of liquid that I can just swap out, like the standard 10ml that the CV uses.

Ahhh - got it. If you can get these bottle to hold on to a threaded cap then, they'd be good for that. They are nice, soft bottles, similar to the "fancy italian" or "supersoft" ones...
