I pick the person that is the closest to the number. Amutt was with in 17 of the number. Randy told me to run the contest on how I felt it best to run the contest. So for me if you go over that is fine. As long you are the closest to the number. I hope this helps. I will make an edit to the first post sayin that who every is the closet to the number will be the winner. Or the person that gets the number right. I like to give everyone a chance. I don't feel if you go over the number that was picked you should be penalized for it.
