They clearly say on the home page free shipping, no minimum so they should be added to the list. If there aren't many posts about them they probably are not an approved vendor. there are probably thousands of good vendors who do not sign on with the forum. I feel more comfortable ordering from ecf vendors, It is probably riskier dealing with other vendors. I suspect it is a risk most of us are willing to take if a vendor otherwise has a good price on something i am interested in.
As one poster noted, if they ship free you can expect they will try to get the cost elsewhere. this site appears to be a good example of that judging by their pricey eliquids. so you just have to investigate each site to see if it is right for you.
vaporbeast and Mt. Olympus are the ones on the list that i for sure remember ordering from. I only ordered from them because they had a good price on something i wanted. I even felt a bit guilty getting free shipping from vaporbeast for a $6 box of cartos; i like the cartos though so i'll probably order 2 boxes next time. there seems to be a lot of competition among great vendors. From my experience, i'll compare the products of these two vendors anytime i'm looking for pv and diy supplies.
Free shipping may promote customer loyalty, which some vendors consider as important to their bottom line as the profit margin per item approach. Works for me.
