I have to give FSUSA many many kudos!
First of all I am a brand new person to vaping. I have over the past several weeks been doing research on many companies to find who had upstanding products, customer service etc. I wanted to make sure that my partner and I received good juice, and supplies for our first order as I only have so much money and only get paid once a month. Now as all people are to new products I was really nervous and checked and double checked the ups and downs of many companies before making a decision who to go with. Mainly guys I like to get all my stuff at one place and that I am getting my moneys worth.
After many, many hours on my laptop I chose FSUSA as my first supplier to order from and 3 orders later here is why!
December 3rd: I had set up my order a couple of days before hand. The order of course was large and we needed it yesterday. Being new I had a question about overnight shipping, and wasn't sure if they would get it out the day that I ordered it, and wanted to make sure on the pricing. I sent an e-mail and it was answered very shortly thereafter by David himself. He clarified the shipping price and it sells me as well that if your overnight shipping doesn't cost 20 then he will refund the rest back to you because they don't make money off of shipping. Very impressed with the fact that the owner had answered me back and the company not trying to make money off the customer for shipping I placed my order. A couple of hours after that while we were out shopping I received an e-mail saying that the order had been filled and received a tracking number. The next day it was delivered to us. I will also have to say that it made me feel important when I looked at my invoice and read all the notes and the free sample of Wyatt Earp they had sent. (my partner was thrilled they had sent it because it was one she was wanting to try.)
December 7th: My partner and I had picked out a few flavors that we wanted bigger bottles in, I had just placed my order and then not a minute later checked ECF seeing that there was a sale going on. Seeing this I chatted in the thread and was answered on what to do about adding the free bottles in a second order. Well as always I have a way of goofing things up when first getting to know how someones website works and placed an order. I was charged and sent an e-mail. Again, I received a quick reply from David that I would receive a refund. Not long after that I received an e-mail from David that the refund had been credited to my card. The next afternoon it was credited back to my card. This order I had just paid for the normal shipping and received it within two days, again with the cute little notes and another free sample that we had wanted to try.
We are currently on our third order. We placed it on Sunday morning as I had an atty that got messed up, as well as there was yet another flavor that became my all day vape that I needed to have on hand, as well as my partner. To our surprise the order was filled and had a tracking number. We both looked at each other as we were astounded that they were there on a Sunday! Now honestly that's some great dedication to getting customers orders taken care of! now we are just waiting on it to arrive.
Any time that I have sent an e-mail asking a question, or have placed an order with FSUSA I have been thrilled with the service that I get!
You guys are awesome! Keep up the good work and for goodness sake don't forget to get some sleep!
