I have fronzen ONE 10 ml bottle... so of course that isn't a lot. Perhaps if I had frozen another brand it wouldn't have done well (so I certainly will be trying that first now!)
And as I had begun my post: 'for what it's worth, here is what I did'...

However: while the freezer-experiment certainly was only with one small bottle... and while I of course believe Sun when she tells about eliquid going wrong in the refridgerator... I do stand by my storage-results of ALL my e-liquid in the fridge, and all that I have tried coming from that fridge (lots of kinds and for over a year allready) NONE of the liquid was ever harmed, was ever foul-tasting, whatever.

So what to think of the differences there? I have quite a few brands in my fridge; also both DIY and factory-liquid. Perhaps Sun has another kind of liquid then I do (not impossible if Sun bought all liquid in USA for instance; I get mine in europe and in china); or perhaps from different chinese suppliers? No idea... but fact is that experience is markedly different then between us.

And again my question as to humidity: when putting a closed bottle into a fridge, or into a desert - how could humidity-difference OUTSIDE of the closed bottle be influencing what is inside the bottle?? That I really can't understand... (other then anything that isn't closed air- and liquid-tight of course, that is another matter entirely). Would love some clarification on this point. :)

I know that refrigerators are thought to be moist because of the condensation that forms when the door is opened because of the temperature difference of the air that rushes in, but it is actually a very dry place because the cooling coils remove the moisture in the air.

There must be something else going on with the e-liquids being stored at very cold temps.

I just included a link to this thread in a post that lead up to folks talking about stocking up. I figured those who were putting up 2 years worth right now would be able to tell us what they were planning to do to store it correctly.

I just purchased lots of dark glass bottles with glass dippers. I wouldn't store in plastic long term (okay for dripping/topping off in small quantities). When I get/make new liquid, I transfer it to the amber glass.

I'm storing mine in an electric wine cooler that is at 40 degrees. I have had stuff freeze in my fridge (especially if it's near the freezer size wall) so if you keep it in there, put it in the door, or away from the freezer wall.

Until someone can say they froze it for a year and got a nic buzz when it defrosted, I'm NOT taking the chance.

Do you know which juice froze?

My 36mg Nuvape Hiltun PG does not freeze at 5F.
