    No you can't
Air is what kills nicotine, fill them up to almost the top and cap it.

Always best not to open nicotine until it's needed vendors like http://www.wizardlabs.us treat each bottle. Age does effect nicotine. though I've had nicotine in the fridge for up to a year without any bad effects. If you go to their site, instructions and caring for nicotine can be found.

My way is probably over kill but works for me. I transferred all of mine to 120ml blue glass bottles filled to the top and capped with poli-cone caps. Wrapped each bottle with aluminum foil (no light is gonna get through that), then wrapped each bottle with bubble wrap (should prevent breakage) and then put 3 bottles each in a vacuum seal bags and removed all the air. Labeled each bottle and then each bag with nic strength and date. I think I am set for a very long time. :D

    About the same for me:
120 ml amber glass bottles -> bubble wrap -> plastic container -> freezer.
No aluminum foil, its dark in a freezer anyway.

I buy 30ml amber (brown) glass bottles to store mine in; since I make only small quantities, I don't want to have a lot of nicotine "opened" in the fridge -- I may only take out 3ml at a time, so I don't want to have larger bottles that get opened so many times. Plus, small bottles are easier to store -- I keep them in the same box the glass bottles came in, taped shut, so even with the freezer opening from time to time, they won't get any light.

Neither PG nor VG will actually freeze, and nicotine comes in either PG or VG. If you use the kind in VG, be aware that you'll need that nicotine to come to room temp before you try to use any, or you won't be able to draw it up in a syringe, it's too thick and being cold, even thicker.

I have started storing my nic in 120ml amber bottles in the freezer. After filling and dating I seal the bottles with my foodsaver. I keep one 120ml bottle in the fridge and use as needed. After 6mos I have noticed no degradation on the one in the fridge and it gets opened every couple weeks. I do mix in bulk when I need to open it.
