Due to the fact that governments will tax and regulate everything they possibly can, I've ordered more nicotine. I'm awaiting a 500ml supply from myfreedomsmokes.com. It comes in a dark brown glass bottle. Do I need to be concerned about the liquid expanding in the freezer and bursting the bottle? How do you freeze yours?

I thought about freezing it with the top open and then capping it after it freezes but I don't want to do that if it isn't necessary. Awaiting experienced replies.

If possible you should get smaller dark glass bottles in the sizs of your choice and yes keep them tightly capped not uncapped. The nicotine will not burst the glass---no matter what size the bottle is. The reason for transferring to smaller bottles is to limit the nicotine's repeated exposure to oxygen and light and help keep it as fresh as possible for long term storage.
