You've got some time and to pick a parenting style (...., you mean I actually have a style! lol)
Think about you friends with kids that cause you to roll your eyes, VS the friends you don't mind meeting for dinner. Ask the ones you don't mind meeting for dinner how they tackle things. And take mental notes about everything else. I learned a long time ago not to judge other parents or their kids...you never know what they've tried or been thru.

Ah heck, 120 years ago women cut wood and worked in the fields until it was time to have the baby. They rode horses and mules and washed by hand with lye soap. (I {may} have gone sled riding while 7 months pregnant.) Just listen to your body. And make sure you're popping the prenatal vitamins ASAP - even regular Vits with folic acid will do. If nausea is an issue with the vit's try the kids gummy ones.

Make sure you drink as much water as you can handle. One of the cons of stopping nic can be constipation - same with early pregnancy - and you do NOT want that to be an issue ;-)
