How does one go about determining what juice is best for him or her?

I have tried various juices in different proofs and haven't been able to nail down what works best for me. The 24mg lemon and vanilla from COV made me cough a bit and burnt my throat. The 16mg organic samples from VapeRite didn't feel like they did enough. The 18mg pineapple from PinkSpot made me cough and burnt. The 18mg Grandpa's Cough Medicine was GREAT, but I felt like maybe it wasn't strong enough. I just loaded my UFS with about 6ml of 12mg Boba's Bounty and it is giving me great throat hit--which I assume is that sense of a burning throat.

So how do I know what proof of nicotine works best for me? How do I differentiate between getting my nic fix and having a strong throat hit?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Well, the Bobas hit it for you. Try as many different flavors as you can till you find one that hits the sweet spot. My throat doesn't burn but it gives me the same inhaling feeling that an analog did. That's how I interpret TH.

As far as nicotine level my opinion is it is whatever keeps you off of the analogs without making you feel unwell. If you vape too high mg of nic your body will give some signals (queasy, lightheaded, disoriented, headache, drooling, heart beat quickens) not all of them- i just tend to get slightly queasy - but you will have plenty of warning if you've had too high a dose. Drink plenty of water and vape in moderation when using higher mg till you figure it out. If you buy juice at too high mg you can always cut it w/ some vg. You'll lose some flavor but it will be vapable.

I can't stress enough - drink plenty of water.

It takes us all a lot of time to find the perfect juice. You'll find it. Good Luck!
