Is it just me or is their website tough to navigate? I think I would have bought from them already if their website flowed better. It seems very busy to me, the pictures are unappealing and distorted and after adding items to the shopping cart I'm brought to the beginning of list again. I find myself building a shopping cart and giving up due to frustration.

I'm under the impression that this vendor makes some great juices. I just cant cant seem to complete an order. As a customer a nice neat website is very important to me. It looks cheaply put together I'm just not sold....yet. :2c:

Just because the site isn't the latest Web 2.0 with all the trendy hooks that you expect don't give up. I relate to what you're saying, and all I got to come back with is:

If you are quitting or have recently quit analogs, you won't find a supplier whose juice satisfies the way FreedomSmokeUSA's does.

In my limited experience.

By the Way David and Pamela, when the time comes to redesign maybe I could help. I am no webmaster, but I am 100% responsible for my two sites pseudoexpert.com and aventhusiast.com, and I have a good eye for design and getting markup standards compliant. I have never worked with VirtueMart (ecommerce web software) before, but how hard could it be? The price would be right, I am thinking my services could be bought with some juice :)

I personally don't think it's THAT bad, I've seen and ordered from worse because they end up being family sites and having some of THE best service I've ever seen. I've found that these are some of the best vendors I've ordered from and if I went strictly by the appearance that I would really be missing out. I can understand it makes it a little odd sometimes but really, there's so many of us who love David and Pam...I would think that it would put anyone at ease to read how all of us have even bonded over this company. IMHO as a customer service pro you will not find better service, and that includes big company storefronts. You are missing out if you don't give them a shot.

Wow if you are slightly comp. literate you shouldn't have a problem at all in my op. did you want videos describing the flavors or wait I got one scratch and sniff pictures lol

I'm a computer tech with 13 years experience. Maybe that's why I'm being so critical...no disrespect to the vendor. Flashy websites with user friendly environments sell is all I'm saying. A face lift on that site could quite possibly increase sales. I do agree its more than just looks, customer service is probably first and foremost, but why not have the whole package. What kind of message are you sending a 1st time buyer with that kind of website?

Pamela and I are a family owned company, not a slick snake oil salesman kind of operation. If folks want us to we can spend thousands of dollars sprucing things up, or we can keep chugging on for now and make the best juices anywhere with the best customer service Pamela can dish out.
But really the thumbs down? don't think we rate that

Pamela and I are a family owned company, not a slick snake oil salesman kind of operation. If folks want us to we can spend thousands of dollars sprucing things up, or we can keep chugging on for now and make the best juices anywhere with the best customer service Pamela can dish out.

No disrespect Dave if I could change the thumbs down I would. Maybe a :confused: is more appropriate. I understand you're a family business doing your thing. Ill tell you what my next order will certainly be from FSUSA. I let your product speak for itself and not judge a book by its cover. I'm simply saying it helps.

I'm not trying to be a jerk its just that there is alot of loyal customers on here that dont like there favorite vendors getting bashed in any way,your not gonna make much friends doing that border line trolling in my op. you should keep your two cents in your pocket.

Hey we know your product is the stuff, and you guys seem like great people. Your website does the job just fine. I never would have thought about it if it wasn't for this thread. Bad web design is a site that keeps you from doing what you need to, and your site doesn't suffer from that at all.

FreedomSmokeUSA.com doesn't need to look like apple.com, but if you want it to down the road sometime, remember my offer.

I suspect after coz77 tries FSUSA he will be much happier with the website. He shared his opinion and that didn't bother me. His not ordering because of it did seem a bit silly. However coz77 said he'd place a order so chances are he will end up a FSUSA junkie just like the rest of us LOL No doubt that the juice and the cs will win him over. :)

Wow...this has been such an intriguing discussion, it has made me want to try their juice! I have never ordered from them, but recently found their website and have been reading the great reviews. Now, after reading this exchange, my mind is made up! I'll be ordering tonight! :)

You won't be disappointed if you do :)
