I thought thats what posting here would do. This is a negative review section right? Maybe vendors should say that it needs to steep"couple of weeks".. Us new users and people who are switching over need to know that. If they could do something about it I would appreciate it.but I doubt it will happened, just the way their emails went...
Do you work for them or just their pal?
Neither. I have never even been a customer.
But I see what part of the problem is: you assumed FSUSA would read this on ECF. I know some vendors keep a pretty close eye on this forum, but others are just too big/busy/whatever to do so.
Your best (really, only) bet is to go to their website and contact them, either
through phone or e-mail or live chat or whatever option they offer. (If they don't offer
any method of getting in contact with them -- !! -- well then, definitely strike them from your list of vendors!)
Oh, and
breathe, Ha-y-n. I'm trying to
help you here.
Edit: I'm sorry, I just re-read and saw that you
did have some e-mail correspondence with them. I'm sorry nothing satisfactory was worked out.
Just as an FYI, nearly all freshly-made juices benefit greatly from 10-20 days of steeping from the date of their creation. (I personally need to steep juices for about
4 weeks.

) There are some rare birds who can enjoy anything, it seems, right out of the mailbox; nevertheless, even for those folks, the
juice will deepen and change over time. The obvious exception to this is Chinese-made juice, which has already steeped weeks in transit by the time it passes through Customs here.
