You definitely need to make sure you are drinking plenty of water.

I had some sinus issues for awhile and I am not sure why. Could have been the vaping or it could have been one of these colds going around or my sinuses could just be adjusting to me not smoking:)

It doesn't hurt to swish some salt water around in your mouth two or three times a day to kill any extra bacteria.

Oh, I did I mention to drink plenty of water?

I actually overdosed on nicotine, the first day I started ecigs. Heart palpitations and a headache. I did not realize what I had done until I got on the internet and researched nicotine.

I received an epiphany from someone on this board. I can vape my normal 24 mg during the day, and switch to 12 mg in the evenings. I tend to chain vape. I just enjoy it so much. And I am ecstatic that I found the answer to my serious tobacco addiction. I have been smoking about 25 cigs a day for 35 years. I thought, I am going to have to carry around an oxygen tank in five years. Now, I actually think I might live longer than I thought.

I'm a noob as well :), but I have read that the PG/VG combinations effect people differently. Most reviews I've seen have said to up the VG% if you're having problems.

On a related note, I'd be interested to hear if anybody else had bleeding in the upper nose when you first started vaping? I've been vaping for about a month now, and at first there was a constant dryness up there that left blood on a tissue. This has slowly gone away but I have also switched from the prefilled victory e-cig cartridges to mtbaker juice. Kinda weird, but I'd like to know if I'm not alone.

IM_ALL_IN, take a look up at Renolizzie's post. Drink lots of water throughout the day. And there was someone the other day with that problem, you're definitely not alone. I believe plain saline nasal spray was recommended and if it didn't stop to see a doctor. I really can't stress enough the importance of drinking enough water, it does help.

i also started at 24 mg and went through a spell and the local store i bought my liquid from gave me 18 mg did not help. Gave me 12 then 6 and then i vaped 0mg for 3 days that didnt work. I also used to use chewing tabacco and quite everything cold turkey once ii started vaping so after all that i thought to try and up the nic level and did and the headaches went away but still have a fuzzy head feeling sometimes its hard to explain but i can deal with that than going back to dipping and analogs.

I just started vaping a few days ago and I've also felt a little light-headed at times. I figured that since I'm (soon to be was) a heavy smoker I should get the extra high. That...kicked my ... pretty bad, so I stopped treating it like a cigarette. A puff here and there throughout the day is more than enough.

I'll try staying hydrated though; vaping seems like something I'd enjoy doing while sitting back and relaxing, and it's a little difficult to enjoy when I can't take more than a dozen drags before getting dizzy. Definitely going to have to switch to a lower strength once I'm done with the lovely little flavors I have at the moment.

ya i know what you are talking about with the dizzy feeling that seems to be to much nicotine. I catch myself chain vaping most of the time so i dropped down to 16 mg of nic and seems to be working fine. Some juice i have noticed give me a raging headache like a hangover headache very uncomfortable. But i di find a couple of juices that i love and work great.

Ok, between describing problems with fuzzy head feelings and some liquids giving you raging headaches... you are definitely reacting to something in the liquids. Question is: What's the problem?

Since some of them produce intense headache I would suspect an allergic reaction to a flavoring ingredient in those particular liquids.

Some of us have real issues with adverse or allergic reactions to PG. A lesser number of people have intolerance to VG as well. If you are experiencing "fuzzy head" but don't have palpitations or a racing heart rate you may be having an adverse reaction to PG or VG rather than this being too much nicotine. The only way to sort that out is to get a couple bottles of one flavor in 100 VG and 100 PG and see which one makes things better or worse. And since you have described bad reactions to certain flavors trying this experiment with unflavored liquid at your regular nic level is probably a good idea as well. You didn't give us any specifics regarding what you are vaping and the PG/VG ratio of the liquids.

I am vaping and 80 pg 20 vg fruit mix. I did try a no flavor at the same nic level and still had the headaches. since have dropped to 18 mg in the fruit flavor i like and use a bella tank with boge cartos and only notice a headache on the 3-4 day use of the carto, clean or switch it out nothing again for a few days. some juices i have noticed that i get a swollen head feeling. I have tried 100% pg and vg with the 100%vg hurting which mad my throat sore as hell. hated it. Now i just want my cartos to last longer than a couple of days but from being on here most people only get 3-4 days out of them.
