Thanks for the update Dan, and thank you for all your work.
Seconded! Thanks for keeping us posted. Even a date for possible news is better than no news, lol.

Anybody figure out a more permanent solution for the sliding o-ring problem with the metal tanks? It's driving me crazy! Dry o-ring, twist as you put the tank on, don't overfill. . . I've tried all these and I'm darn sure trying to avoid using a plastic bottle or syringe instead of the metal tanks, but this is about ridiculous. Did anyone try a different size o-ring? Which size? I saw it mentioned as a possibility but never read if someone tried it or not. I sure can't wait for the Ghost Protocol coop to get done. Until then, I may have to shelve this amazing tank (amazing when it works anyways). Sorry for the rant, it's just mighty frustrating that it won't do what I want it to, lol.
that's a durn good idea! Now I just have to figure out how to get it stay put long enough to do it. Just when I think it's stable, it starts creepin up on one side. How'd you get it to stay the first time? Every once in a while I can get it to stick, but it's a fight just about every fill up for the most part. Thanks for the advice though.
woot me and youssefa, you are all setwe can even combine I trust Youssefa

I put three dabs of hot glue on top of each tank and let it dry, now I just fill the tank leave it upside down in the sleeve and screw the bottom on. The three dabs of glue push the tank up over the O ring and holds the tank firmly. Just small dabs in a triangular spacing leaving plenty of free space for air flow.
Before putting the glue I was about ready to throw it away, the few times I got it to stay with just a small bump like setting my mod down on my desk would make it pop off. Got tired of cleaning up the mess. The glue dabs work well, they do fall off after many uses and I just redo them.
So I was rumaging around this weekend and I recieved the B style T-Tanks and silicone caps in on Friday.
Since I found one T-Tank top that did not get sent in I decided to test how well the silicone caps would seal And how well it would work.
I unscrewed the mid bottom piece and used it to puncture the silicone, it knocked out the seal perfectly, and as you can see it seals well.

The T-Tank top had to be rethreaded to fit correctly and as you can see it turned in the lathe during the rethreading process producing a gouge.
But after running through 5 refills this week enad and 2 this morning it is working better than I hoped.

I don't know if Lowes uses a different numbering system, or if my local hardware is the different one, but the Danco stock number at my local ACE Hardware for the o-ring with those measurements is: 35723
It is also called a #6 o-ring
