Ok, thought this might help those that are having trouble with the calculator or just aren't good with numbers.
Below shows the totals for specific quantity amounts as well for specific choices for preassembled, dripper tops, etc. This is for the unit cost of $62.51, if it does get to the 500 mark or anything changes in regards to price, I can update it.
The reason you see 3 different total prices is based on where you live or need it shipped to, the 1st column is for the U.S. residents, 2nd one is for Canadian residents and the 3rd is for the remaining International folks.
This is about as simple as I could make it and only goes up to a total quantity of 4 because as you can see the number of total combinations add up real quick as well as based on the quantities ordered. There is only one person I see getting more than 4, so if they or anyone needs feel free to ask me, I just figured I would try to help Dan out as this is a crazy large co-op.

ED-209 that cost chart is a great big help. I was dreading downloading the spreadsheet/excel calculator for fear of screwing it up and causing more problems for scubabatdan who by the way has my highest admiration, why aren't you running for president? Seriously you rock!
Happy to help, I just kept seeing people ask Dan what their price would be and others that couldn't use his spreadsheet so figured I would try to help as I too feel the same way that poor Dan is getting hit hard and this is a real big co-op.
Darn but this is a heck of a project to take on, Dan! props to you for it. 
I wanted to ask you about something..... would you mind if I posted about your atty co-op to aussie vapers and see if others were interested? if there are others it'd be great to put through as one to a) help with postage, 'cause thirty bucks extra an atty is quite a bit &
b) could maybe have 'em sent to one or two of the modders with more chance of putting 'em together than me! (and maybe a couple of others I can think of).
Obviously your life doesn't need complicating any more than it already is on this, so assuming there's interest we could do a kind of mini co-op and it'd just come through to you as one or two more orders. Understand if you don't like it, though

Hi,
I have no problems with you spreading the word. The international shipping is a flat rate fee by our post office here, this way if you order 1 or 20 the flat rate fee is the same. If you want to orginize a mini co-op there and have one or two people request the attys and send the money for all, I can send the collective parts to those individuals to assemble and distribute. It would be easier and cheaper for one or two at 20 units apiece that 20 individual orders.
Just PM me with the details and we can work it out. Be aware the co-op closes at 4pm CST on the 31st.
So let me know before then, there will probably be a week lull in getting all the $$ collected like the last co-op I ran so the sooner the better.

I entered everything in my screentop calculator just as you said and I still came up short. Ever since childhood I've always been about 15 cents off all of my maths. Thanks for your understanding of my lack of simple addition skills.

This and instructions how to change it, will an avg. vaper be able to do it?
You will notice that the first post of the co-op has a red modderated on it. I was notified by joker that the verbage of charging for assy would put me into the registered modders catagory which I do not wish to enter. So everyone that has requested an assembly I will do. If you want the 10.00 back PM me and I will return it. If you wish to leave it as is and call it a donation I will accept it. But I will take no further assembly request at this time.
