We were all originally paying 10 for the assembly and he ended up not charging for that so anyone who is getting assembly free now can definately throw him the extra ten at least. You know you want to!

Be nice I wanted to assemble my self and did not want to put Dan out. Alos sent a little extra when I payed, and sent extra $$ when Dan said was costing extra. Will not be offended if you call me D. RAT
I agree, I hope all who ordered assemble still donated the $10 for Dan's time. And if all could at the very least donate $2 per unit to make up for Dan's lost and thanks to all who donated more.
Well now, hang on. I didn't donate for assembly because I'm fine with putting things together, and being a visual sort of person it would help me get a good grasp on what everything is and does and goes. I'd rather do it from complete disassembly so I know what few bits come pre-assembled and I shouldn't monkey with myself.
Does anyone know what brand syringe was used on the original g-tank. I tried a 3ml slip tip BD syring and the id is too small. I have to hog it out to get it to work. I would prefer to buy the right ones. Can anyone help and maybe supply a link?

Thanx asdaq. I guess I'll just buy a 2ml anything for now. The wall is 2 time's thick on the BD. maybe I'll just go back to the SS.
So, I ordered some SS mesh from mcmaster-car. The price was like $20 and change. For some reason they don't tell you how much shipping will be. So I loaded $30 on my visa money card thinking that should cover it. Got a call from them today saying my card declined. Cause they tried charging like $50. I asked why they were charging that much and they said it was $30 for shipping. I told then that I didn't want it if shipping was gonna be that much, but they had already shipped it. So now I got to load another $20 on my card.
One, who ships before receiving payment? Two, is that normal shipping price for them? Three, I nknew I should of got my mesh from themeshcompany; but didn't want to wait for shipping. Now it cost me $30

Tell them it's outrageous and you'll send it back in a 3 dollar envelope for a refund.
That's like 5 sheets from themeshcompany.
I receive items before they bill me often. Their shipping its always high, but never that high.
Edit: I just noticed where your from. But i think that's still twice what it should be..

Just sent $50.00 via paypal - and as I expressed in my message to Dan, it is possible especially in our current market for the cost of materials to fluctuate or change. I, too, hope the "extra" I'm putting in can help offset those who are unable to help out due to financial struggle/issues/etc. Anything that will help keep people off of stinkies! (Within reason, of course )
