I am in total agreement with the crazy one; I love, love GOG.com; was able to get my hands on Baldurs Gate 2 again, that brought back memories.

It always ruins the nostalgia for me when I go back to old games. Don't know what it is but I just decided years ago not to go back to the classics from my childhood. I want to keep the memories happy

WOW....nostalgic PC gaming.... My first pc game was Wolfenstein. My dad loved it. My mom not so much lol. Then came doom, and my first online FPS was dukenukem....And that was on DIAL UP...lol Ill never forget the first time i played online as me and my friends were still in shock that we could actually play together. We spent the first game on the phone the whole time giggling like little girls. Back then nothing was as reliable as it is now and about a half an hour to 45 minutes was spent configuring the pc/game/modem settings just to get the damn thing to run. College years were wasted (literally lol) playing LAN counterstrike in the comp lab.

I agree but with the exceptions of a bunch of Atari games, Mario bros, and Golden eye.

I shockingly only vape while playing Skyrim. I'll kill a giant or clear a cave and I vape in celebration. I've seen some MW3 comments. That game is too stressful but Black Ops and the Zombies game...by far the best addition to COD. I take a vape break for every 10 levels I get up to.
I'm right there with ya man! Except I started really playing games with KROZ, ZORK etc...I even loved the old text based games like hitchhikers guide to the galaxy....but eventually followed the same progression. Counter strike ruled with the original mansion map! Oh and rise of the triad, blackthorne, those were the days...so many games now are all graphics and no game play. But I totally love Haven and Hearth for gameplay it's epic! The first video game that gets the heart going and the hands shakin like never before despite the old school graphics...and those 16hr sessions are much better vaping...I used to go through 2-3 packs of cigs in a gaming session...yuck!

I was a "bad boy" I guess you could say, and blizz smacked my hand. So I thought "your loss blizz .. No more 15.00/month and expansions for me!!" and havent looked back!Waiting to see if GW2 is gunna be good. Looks amazing in videos. Diablo 3 was horrible. What a boring game FOR ME. I thought it was more "wowish" and I guess I just dont like Diablo.
EDIT: Just seen a COUNTER STRIKE REFERENCE!! I destroyed in counter strike. Skipping school to play (I had a MASSIVE ADDICTION to this game) and got very good. I got banned from my fave servers because they thought I cheated ... And stopped playing. OOO Sh17 I still have counterstrike!!!!!! Installing and playing tomorrow night w00t w00t!! CS didnt have a rank system though, which I think was one of the downfalls of the game.

I received credits for playing Counterstrike...lol.....Everyday we would rotate admin rights on the Lan servers in our lab and everyday we would play Counterstrike.
Ahhh heretic, how could I forget that one!?! Ah the squandered days of youth. I also remember my countless hours and days playing command and conquer, and red alert ladder matches on my high speed 28.8 modem baby! And I remember being considered the super gamer in town when I got a pentuim processor. Soon after I did lots of beta testing for Segasoft and several other companies. OOH funny story! Read on!
I got a disc in the mail from one of our contracted companies, for a FPS game that was in development. Was a futuristic kind of game with aliens and all, we were to test it and help clean it up. The game went to a game producer, who eventually turned it down saying "meh nobody is gonna like this game" so the developers made lots of changes and we tested etc. then to another company who turned it down as well. After almost another year of testing and improvement, They cancelled the project...which was a shame cuz that game rocked! A couple years later this cool new game platform came out and what was the flagship game on the release? It was our long lost FPS which came to be known as HALO! Needless to say I killed at local halo tourneys what with my almost year of gameplay ahead of any others there... Damn I miss game testing sometimes. But eventually you gotta grow up and pay the bills. But I am still a gamer at heart, life will never take that away from me
I vape all the time, and I game a lot. Mostly on the pc. Lately, I've played the new Civ expansion pack, BF3 and Team Fortress 2. TF2 is my stand by game, I've logged so many hours in that game...oh wait, there's wow players here, my hours are probably just a drop in the bucket. lol
I vape my REO Grand while I play World of Tanks. I was looking around and found a game called The Repopulation. It looks like a pre cu swg type game. Looking forward to that coming out. Loved me some swg way back in the day.
Already bored with GRFS and I really cant muster up the "give a frak" to go back to BF3. I need to find me a new, good pvp game.

I am an oldschool gamer, still have my Genesis and all the systems thereafter-and what's more, I actually PLAY them.
MOSTLY though, I'm a PC gamer. I do vape and game at the same time. I find it particularly satisfying when I'm playing games like Postal 2, Saint's Row 2, Fallout 3/New Vegas, etc., to be vaping while I'm playing. Sick sense of pleasure, sure, but there's nothing like blowing off steam after a pants day at work by blowing heads off of everyone in sight, followed by a long draw of something tasty.
The real fun though, is on Final Fantasy XI-completion of a quest, take a hit. Kill a notorious monster, take a hit. Survive a 5 on 1, take a hit. You can turn it into a game within a game, actually.
Right now, though-Minecraft.
