So, I started out without doing much research as some of us do (found this forum after my kit purchase). It was a Green Smoke kit but I had also bought some third party blank carts and some awesome juice from Mt. Baker Vapor. After doing my research I was super excited to upgrade to an 808d-1 with some CE3's. Finally got them in the mail about a week ago and couldn't be more disappointed. And trust me, I've spent hours reading and watching youtube videos on how to fill and refill these things. After a week of these inconsistant SOB's I got so frustrated and decided to give my amateur Green Smoke's a try again. Holy cow, I don't know why I ever left. I know I'll get a lot of flack because the GS's are talked down on quite a bit here but wow... they're 100X better than the "upgrade" I was so excited about making. Those CE3's either leaked out of the bottom (battery end), hit inconsistently (huge puffs for a couple drags and then nothing for 10 drags) and after refilling them it took about 20 drags to finally get something out of them. And trust me, I did everything right... filled upside down, pulled syringe out while it was still upside down, sucked the air out before refilling, didn't underfill or overfill.
So, I guess the moral to the story is, don't believe everything you read or see on youtube. What I thought would have been an excellent PV sucked in comparison to the "crappy" Green Smokes.
