AFAIK, they’re a solid company so it could be a dud batch, which is on Geek Vape for QC. Hopefully the tank is okay. Maybe get another box of coils elsewhere, since they may or may not be fixable. In the meantime, I hope you have a backup vape, so you don’t have to smoke. I didn’t mean to come off so cynical, btw. Sorry!

Unfortunately I don’t have a backup but I did just receive a second box of coils from eightvape. I’m just not real optimistic about the coils now. Since my local stores don’t carry these coils I need to look into other options. Supposedly the baby beast coils are compatible so I’ll give that a try. It’s just getting as expensive as smoking to keep buying so many coils. Thank you for your replies.

This is a good point. It might explain the manufacturing issue. Either way geekvape still needs to know. Either that there’s an issue in their process or that someone is counterfitting their stuff and getting it into the distribution channel. At that point exact particulars become important. Where exactly the stuff came from, what the box and packaging looks like, etc..

I don't use eightvape anymore mainly due to their customer service.

You can contact Geekvape directly if you need to under the "Geekvape" vendor's forum. They are very responsive.

Buy some coils from another vendor!!! If eightvape received a bad production batch, you don't need to be dealing with the next box in the series.

I know absolutely NOTHIGN about Geekvape's coils, but their gear is good and they tend to be a reliable company.

I never had great experiences with eightvape honesty. Try to get a refund or replacement but also.. stop buying from them.

I always think "If a company's customer service is bad, what ELSE are they doing that' s bad?

Anyway good luck and also welcome! You can try different coils or even a different tank if you need to. I am fairly sure Geekvape will also stand behind their product if you talk to them.

i recently purchased the GeekVape Aegis Solo, which I love. It came with the Cerberus tank and I’ve had nothing but problems with the coils. I ordered a 5 pack and 2 out of the 5 had the bottom part that fits in the base break off before I could put them in. Two burned out immediately and the 5th only lasted 2 days. This is getting expensive. Is GeekVape known for coil problems or should I not order from eightvape anymore? Does anyone have experience with these coils?
