I don't use eightvape anymore mainly due to their customer service.
You can contact Geekvape directly if you need to under the "Geekvape" vendor's forum. They are very responsive.
Buy some coils from another vendor!!! If eightvape received a bad production batch, you don't need to be dealing with the next box in the series.
I know absolutely NOTHIGN about Geekvape's coils, but their gear is good and they tend to be a reliable company.
I never had great experiences with eightvape honesty. Try to get a refund or replacement but also.. stop buying from them.
I always think "If a company's customer service is bad, what ELSE are they doing that' s bad?
Anyway good luck and also welcome! You can try different coils or even a different tank if you need to. I am fairly sure Geekvape will also stand behind their product if you talk to them.
