I was gonna wait to order the Griffin, but just found a deal I couldn't pass up. I just found it at Gear Best for $23.59, but when I put it in my cart the price had changed.....even cheaper. The price in the cart was $21.77

I have no idea how long this price will last, but had to order it. It says ships out in 3-5 days and I have not ordered from GB's China warehouse before, but I figure for that price it's worth the wait.

Eh, I keep my coils toward the lower side as I don't like a lot of throat hit on the Crius, and they haven't leaked. Weird that's working for peeps, raising them. Are you sure when they were lower that your wicks weren't touching the airholes? Its good to use a long enough coil to span the airholes so your wicks aren't dripping down them.

In the link you provided, it shows up as 21.77 without being in the cart.

Yeah we should've waited but who would've thought? I searched & searched up until you posted about Fasttech & I couldn't find a better deal. But of course as soon as we place an order, there's a lower price. That's ok, we still got in for a decent price.
Apparently it was a "flash sale". I used the Gearbest link & it was $23.59, put in cart, checked out & they said "sorry flash sale over". So whoever got in was very lucky!
Ahhhh I see. Those gearbest flash sales are insane sometimes. For future reference get your stuff fast! I was browsing on there one time and had some subtank mini's in the cart that were only $20 Canadian and when I went to checkout they were all gone :/
Oh well, got a couple Invader mini's for $60 Canadian so that was a sweet snag.
Wow, I guess I just had some freaky luck! I was checking over at FT thanks to the tip from @ashtrayogdc and decided to check out some of the discussions going on there about the Griffin. There's usually some useful info in their discussion threads. You're not allowed to post certain outside links there, but found a cryptic post....

I read that and thought I should check GB and sure enough listed at $23.59. Apparently, from the time I opened the listing to putting in the cart, 2-3 minutes at most, the flash sale musta started. I had no idea about the flash sale, just the right place at the right time.
On a side note, I think EFun Top is till doing the Reuleaux RX200 for $36.49. The griffin would look nice on top of that!

Wow sheesh eh well goes to show. I had no idea, I thought that presales would be the best deals. Lesson learned.
Originally, I was gonna hold out and wait to see if they were gonna release a black version, to match my RX200. I think everyone is trying to get their sales in right now, knowing we all will be broke after the holidays...lol. I guess I'll just have to "settle" for the silver....
