My second try went much better. I used SS triple core fused Clapton wire and made a 3.5mm coil. Less springy is better for this deck. I still need some practice in installing the coil, but I will get faster with it I am sure, with practice. The flavor is very nice with the Zeus. I don't think it is quite up to par with the Crius, but I believe the coil to needs to be a bit higher and will try that next time.

All in all, it is a nice tank and doesn't even look bad in black. Maybe I will switch the DT out for a gold one. That will help. LOL So far, so good and I am glad I own the Zeus.

Never had a dry hit in either of mine, what type of cotton are you using and what is the PG/VG ratio of your juice?
Mine vapes very well with a 70Vg 30PG mix and I'm using some Puff organic cotton.

Your juice is okay but I never got on with Cotton bacon myself and found that the Puff organic cotton wicks a lot quicker for me.

I did not want to love the Zeus as much as I do. Granted, I have only used it for less than 24 hours. For me, installing the coil is harder than it should be and that is probably due, in part, to those flathead screws. Wicking is easy since the Zeus loves a lot of cotton. The tank goes together easily.

I love it and I want MORE colors, please. All I want for Christmas is a golden Zeus tank. Is that too much to ask?

Have you moved your coil higher yet or is it still in the middle height position between the cheese graters?

That coil might be too much for that tank and better suited for an RDA.
Have you tried a simple Kanthal wire, 8-9wraps, or less complicated coil?

The coil isn't too much for the Zeus, I'm guessing wicking and af/wattage.

I am getting constant dry hits too.Vaping at 300 watts.
Just built mine 26ga 316lss 3mm .52ohms 19watts. Smooth vape with decent flavor.I agree about building.Its tougher then it needs to be.Also the drip tips are horrible.Never like to judge before I have had some time with it but so far its good.The silver doesn't match my Steampunk very well so I may grab a gunmetal.
