For me it is 4 to 5 types of situations that was getting to me while adjusting to e-cig nic absorption. 1) Waking up in the morning, 2) After Meals or snacks, 3) driving, 4) at work or in stressed situations, 5) right before bed. My solution to this was to have 1 flavor the highest nic level I could handle, started at 36mg for this, and now down to 24mg for it. Always keep this flavor on a joye 510 in a carto or kanger t4 ready to go.

I handled the morning, after meals and even at night without much problem. Mine is after a task. Working in the yard, cleaning the house even rushing to get dressed and out the door. It was my "whew...that's done cig" that still gets me, and when we go out drinking. It doesn't really bother me when we're out by the pool or watching a game but when I'm in a bar....I WANT A CIG!
I think if I could find a Margarita or lemony flavor that I liked it might help. Haven't liked any citrus vape yet they all taste like the peel to me.

I would have to say in the car in my way to work was the hardest. But after a few days I was fine with out it. I also found myself wanting one when I sat in one place for to long, figured it was because when I was a smoker I had to get up every 45 min- an hour to light up. I can now watch a whole movie with out pausing it to go outside.
Scuba try frozen lime drop from pink spot pretty tasty and a nice citrus.

I had a hard time getting over the exact same scenarios you listed. But now it's all good. I love vaping!

Mt Baker Vapor (MBV) just released (or coming soon) a raspberry lemonade that I have really enjoyed. I got this as a freebie from them not too long ago. Also, MBV's Key Lime seems really good, but I'm almost certain this flave might have killed a protank. I will try the Key Lime more thoroughly when I get my carto in the mail.

Thanks all for the little stories....these were some good insights here.

...yeah, I've also noticed some spots of stress where I would crave the analog, but with a PV within reach, I've done quite well.
...I'm a teacher and grading a stack of essays would send me outside quite a bit, so I'm wondering how it will be when I get my first stack of student essays later this summer. It will be a good thing that I will be teaching a lot fewer students during the summer than during the school year to give my vaping a good trial run.

Vapnwitch, I've definitely had some success with my writing binges and vaping.

For me the first one when I woke up was the most important one of the day, none of the other ones mattered (I was addicted so they helped). I find that now I vape 24mg juice all day to give me pleasure every time I vape. It helps quite a lot in my opinion. But yeah I probably vape the most in the morning because I want that buzz and good feeling.

I don't miss any cigs. I'm not just saying that because of recently quitting and wanting to not look back.....I mean literally, I haven't thought of cigs since Day 10 or so of vaping. Not once.

The only one I missed when I FIRST STARTED vaping (first 10 days) was the morning cig :)
