General smoking ban on University of California Campuses bans e-cigs

I've attached a copy of the letter that the UC's president Mark G. Udof sent to UC administrators across the state. Such a shame...glad I'm going to LMU next year, but I'm starting classes at UCLA on Saturday, so hopefully the ban isn't being enforced on any level yet (not so down to munch-a-bunch of nicorette when I have a shiny new Odysseus to chief on...)

Thank you for posting. I am quite confused how clearly educated folks can say "smoke free" means no smokeless tobacco and e-cigs - Neither produce smoke- second hand or otherwise. Might be time for the students to hold a "vape in" and a "snuss in" LOL

I won't use the word "occupy" however ;-)
