Any head (even the ones they so won't) leak eventually. I love my DIDs. They almost never leak because the fill hole has a screw in it and the wick fits the wick hole properly. May get some juice collected in the top cap if left over night but I've never had an issue with them in daily use (left on side for a while, in pocket, leaning in cup holder, etc...)

A7 is a rebuildable dripping atty. so it has no tank.

Actually, pretty much any Gennies will have a screw or a plug in the fill hole, and whether or not the wick fits the hole properly depends on how you make your wick. This is by no means a unique trait of the DIDs. Matter of fact those features are pretty standard.

Me personally i stick with china made stuff like AGA and AGI. The number one reason i move into the world of RBAs was that in this world, money means squadoosh. If you have skills, your vape is good. If not, it is bad. Plain and simple. Theres nothing you can throw money at to solve with RBAs.

Don't feel silly for asking a question. We are here to help. I own 2 Aga-t2 and with the wick hole filled properly with the right diameter wick (loose enough to pull out without problems but tight enough that there is not a space between the wick and the hole) they don't leak much at all. I left my aga-t2 on its side last night half filled with liquid while I slept and only 1 drop of liquid oozed out of the air hole and the fill screw was out. If you don't want any spillage at all you can always put the fill screw in and tilt a little more (or take out the fill screw when vaping) so the wick is always wet when you vape. My phoenixs, CE4s, Vivi Novas and Octopus RDA leak more than my genesis attys.

For the hot spots if you have a mech mod use that to pulse out the hot spots (hit button quick) and make sure there are no spaces between the coil and the wick. I have noticed with my genesis atomizers if i get the correct tension on the wick with the coil you don't have to worry about the longer piece of wire going to the posts. They won't heat up at all. The coil will only glow where the wick touches the coil. I have tried almost every method of wrapping coils and have found that hand winding the coil around the wick while the wick is out of the atomizer then installing the wick and coil into your atty is the easiest(for me) after that winding the coil with the wick in the atty is the second easiest, while using the petar K method or the rolling paper method always created spaces between my coil and wick resulting in multiple hot spots. I make sure that the coil is evenly touching the wick throughout the whole coil without pinching or deforming the wick by winding the coil too tight. You just need to practice a bit more and make sure you aren't winding the coil too lightly or tightly. It takes time to get it right so don't give up and keep trying until you get it right. If you are a visual learner watch some youtube videos on how to set up a genesis style atty.

Haha I'm thinking of picking up the rsst. Anyone have experiences with it?
Or should I go for the aga t2??

I own the AGA-T2 (got a 2nd one on the way to me in the mail), the RSST, as well as the AGI and the AGA-S v2. I agree with Kanj.nguyen - the AGA-T2(+) is my favorite one of the bunch. Yes, the wick hole isn't insulated like the RSST's is, and it is also kind of small compared with the RSST, but I really like the fact that it allows me to use a variety of wicking materials, as well as the fact that it has a pyrex tank. I got brave last week and decided to do some modifications to it, and after drilling out the wick hole to 1/8" and the air hole to 1/16", it really is pretty awesome, but even without doing the modifications, it's a really nice piece, and at $22.00 | Captivape, you just can't go wrong imo. The only real plus to the RSST is that it is easier to coil without a ton of hot spots because of the insulated wick hole.

Let us know what you decided to go with and how you are getting along with it once you get it! :)
