they sent me 2 or 3 free sheets, problem is none of them are labeled so i dont know what is what. Im assuming the 400 is the finest dont know what the freebies are though

The free sheets from the mesh co. are what they call "Superfine", who know what it is...

I guess it is either their replacement for the #400 Mesh as stated on their web site or #325 Mesh.

I call it Superfine from the mesh co.

I don't call it #325 Mesh because I have not been able to verify what it is.

#300 or #325 usually good for the thicker liquids as I understand it, hope this helps

It is very easy to tell which mesh sheet is the higher grade.

If you overlap the sheet and slide it back and forth and hold it up to a light and look at it, it will create a "Moiré pattern".

The "Moiré pattern" (Dots) that look the smallest (closest together) is the mesh sheet that is the higher grade.



The pattern on the right in the video is the finer, higher grade mesh.

this is good to know, most of my main vapes are 100% VG

#300 or #325 usually good for the thicker liquids as I understand it, hope this helps

These sheets are larger than the A4 sheets that The Mesh Co sells. However, McMaster-Carr doesn't give you any free sheets of Superfine Mesh.

I am so confused! There are so many different sizes, how do I tell which one is which?

Also, if I already have a propane torch, can I use that?

You have to heat the mesh to red hot, if you make it white hot it will fall to pieces, thats why I use a ciggy lighter

I use a Bernzomatic Quickfire and haven't had any issues
