well, after a couple of weeks of getting good vape from my V2line, today i picked it up to vape , and was getting e1 code on ProVari, cleaned coils, checked them for coils touching , and was ok, all looks good , but still getting E1 code, .. pulled of coil and pulled out wick, re- quenched the wick a few times, looks good, put on new coil, and still getting E1 code, must be a short somewhere in unit , how do i check for that, ...
Can this unit be easily taken apart/, i wonder if the insulator on silver wire for the possitive is worn and making contact to ground

I need help here..i gt problem with my line v2...the short pole rubber tube seems to be shorter than the longer pole after many times of replacing new coil and mesh..however recently it get short...when i open the top and see...the short pole seems to create small fire on it and glow spot when i activate it....is there a way i can do and troubleshoot it myself?Thank you2012-06-25 23.25.14.jpg

Yes,,correct, theres no insulation left at the shorter post and it does contact the body of line...the hotspot is not on the coil and mesh,,but its at the bottom of the post near the centre whole of putting mesh there...Ist it about time for me to replace or throw it away?

No dont throw it away you need a bit of heat shrink tube to slide over the post and into the tank.
Pm Del to see what was used originally
Good Luck :)

Oh my godness! NO don't throw it away! It can be returned to Del for repairs or because of your location you may want to repair this yourself. As eyebrooke pointed out shrink tubing should do the trick if you can get it far enough down the post and into the body of the Line.
