Yea, mesh is generally set it and forget it. Real trick is to get the roll diameter just right to be a snug fit through the coil and then to use a VV battery on lowest setting to test fire for hot spot, wiggle the coils until they set where they're happy, and you're good to go.

No need to change or clean it, almost ever, since once one juice is cycled through, the mesh retains no leftover flavor and the next juice will have its proper and full taste.

I think I will try a mesh build today. Thanks.

'Snug fit through the coil' makes me wonder whether you are using the drill bit method.

It's a good starting point for someone leaning how to do a genny build, and maybe struggling a bit (The DrillBit Method - YouTube.

For something like the RSST, with all that real estate on the deck, it's pretty easy wrapping the coil with the wick already in place.

I purchased some mesh a couple weeks ago and decided to give it a try. After watching a couple of YouTube videos: Todd's (mentioned above) and Phil Bursardo's: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jnuYJeoS6Fc
The results are amazing. Good clean flavor and lots of vapor. I am very pleased with the results. Thanks again guys!!!
