It's not a complete fix but back when I was using carto tanks with TV Dulche De Leche that would clog in a day or so. When the draw gets tight take a straightened paper clip and carefully slide it up the tube from the threaded end and slowly twist it around and ream out the air passage. it won't work for ever but it might get you a little more time per carto.

Dr Vagabond:> So Zoey, it is Zoey isn't it? Tell me what's frustrating you, Zoey?
Yes, I - the imitable (if you're nuts) EvilZoe - I'm finding it difficult to lay my finger on the correct solution immediately (instant gratification is my LIFE, y'all), I guess I'm humbling myself to ask for help.
Please take pity on a crazy cat lady with too much time on her hands and not enough brains to put it to good use.

Dr Vagabond:> So you are a bit confused? You're finding yourself with idle time and generally feel unsatisfied, humbled and a bit crazy?
But I WANT it to last longer. You people don't understand.
EvilZoe GETS what EvilZoe WANTS. *tosses hair*
*looks stupid because it was recently cut pretty short*

Dr Vagabond:> (thinks to himself- recently cut her hair short- hummm where is that article I read..a woman who has cut her hair short has lost interest in sex, equating the sexual drive in women with her desire to keep her hair long as a sign of attractiveness.)

Dr Vagabond:> I see, go on Zoey, tell me more...
update my adventures .....

After a little unforeseen mess from dealing with something that doesn't stop when you push it through
it's funny how much smaller and inadequate tanks can look when using something larger for a time, don't you think?
I've put in to have myself notified
*sigh*

Life is so difficult in a first world bedroom in first world country.
All this....hassle. My poor, delicate self will be scarred for life, I'm sure.

At least I learned a couple of things, though. That has to count for something.

Dr Vagabond:> Well, of course Zoey, learning is always good ...
Zoey, I"m getting the vibe that the drastic change in your hair style has something to do with the " little unforeseen mess" as you call it. Unfortunately these things happen, but time and reflection will put in perspective.... even for someone as delicate as yourself.

Yes Zoey, I suppose comparing sizes can relate to your level of satisfaction. Some might say size doesn't matter, while others will argue it does. Me I can only address your desire to make it last longer, often you will have to deal with what is available at the time (at least till you are notified). Perhaps all the battery operated devices are intimidating ....

Yes Zoey, Life is difficult in a first world bedroom in first world country. But humbling as it may be, you are the only one directly responsible for your satisfaction and its length. Consider balancing your desire for instant gratification with your want to make last longer. I'm sure you will start to find it less difficult to lay your finger on the correct solution. Perhaps not immediately, but maybe a solution that lasts longer.

Don't worry Zoey, you're not crazy, these thoughts and feelings often rear their head's around the holidays. After all we are all a little nuts, and are better off for it! Don't be frustrated, work through it and you will find satisfaction ....

It needs to age.

Sent from my Astromech in a galaxy far, far away. The force is with me. so is Mr. chicken.
It's several weeks old and still tastes the same to me. Not something to my taste, really. I may just round up a batch of juices that didn't suit me and clear them out of here.

I find this to be liberating. Whether it is giving it away or selling it. Making room for more is fun. Just sold 160ml myself and then bought 300ml......Doh!

Has any one of you carto users ever tried something like this?

The Plunger - MyFreedomSmokes.com

I personally have no experience with it, my time with carto-tanks was really short lived.

I used a home made version of the plunger when I used to use cartos. I put the grip part from a pen on the end of a turkey baster. Worked pretty well actually. :)

Hey Zoe! I'd say thick juice is your problem. I try to stick with light colored e-liquid @ about 30% VG. Still the draw starts getting too stiff for my liking after a few days so I put on an unsealed 510/510 adapter to get more airflow. It doesn't look that great but I'm more into function rather than form: 510 Shorty Extension - Unsealed

As a last resort I do a ream job with these to get some of the gunk off the coil. Just be careful because this tends to dry out the coil:

Boge cartos seem to last longer but I don't use flanged cartos in my tanks. If you insist on flanged:

Boge F16 Cartomizers (2.7 - 3.1 ohm)

Or buy in bulk: Boge F16 Cartomizer Mix'n'Match (5box)

I use the ones with the great big hole: Boge 510 XL SR Stainless (Laser Punched - 1 hole) - (1 box)

Bulk: Boge Mix'n'Match 5 Box Deal

The filler is so dense you have to do the thermometer shake to prefill. Just got my order yesterday and it's free shipping @ $10.
