Yes, water is so important! Also, a daily dose of vitamin C will keep those bladder infections at bay. When you feel one coming on, up your intake. My pharmacist told me that C will work as well as well as the cranberry.

The bladder infection might be from a pH change contributed to with vaping. Yes - Cranberry juice FTW!

Just make sure it's real cranberry juice, and not the grape juice flavored to taste like cranberry juice.

My first bladder infection my ObGyn told me about cranberry juice. I felt AWFUL. Went to the store, bought a litre, chugged it in the parking lot, before I made it home (10mins) ZERO discomfort.

Lynn- I found it sooo frustrating a few months ago when I was looking for cranberry juice. It took me 15min in the juice isle reading labels to find cranberry juice that was the real thing!

I have a bladder infection now, and my doctor said that is gross but true poop bacteria, sex related or sitting on cold things with to little clothes, i can even be being to clean down there or using a diffrenten soap nothing about to little water. I dont think PG has anything to do with a bladder infection tbh.

I've been vaping 24mg for 4+ months now. I am starting to notice headaches everyday for like 2 weeks. I've been poppin asprin like it's candy, but it rarely helps. Anyone else experiencing this? I have noticed I'm having a hard time even putting my ecig down, with cigs there were so many restrictions I couldn't vape in class, or in the bathroom at work, or in my house, so now I find myself vaping more than ever.

Any advice? I'm starting to increase my water consumption, any other advice or others experiencing this?

Suggestion lower the nic amt., and monitor your blood pressure. I vape between 8 and 11 nic.............if I have higher I cut it. Don't have the problems I had when I first started with the PV. Cutting down did it. Sleep good.

Hehe, well if the infection still is there in a couple of day, highfeber or if you start bleeding go to the doctor and you will get medicine. Its not good to have it to long.

You can go a long time with out food but going without enough water will put you in the hospital fast. It's not brain swelling as someone mentioned, you'll vomit up the water long before you reach that point unless you force yourself to keep it down. You might try taking vitamin C and mixing gatorade with water to get extra electrolytes without all of the sugar.

Strange’s co-worker at Radiological Associates of Sacramento Laura Rios said Strange participated in the contest Friday morning, then was heading home when she reportedly called her supervisor in terrible pain. “She said to one of our supervisors that she was on her way home and her head was hurting her real bad,” Rios said. “She was crying and that was the last that anyone had heard from her.”

I am being careful to keep my nic level low because I was a chain smoker when I wasn't busy. I am a nurse and also suffer from migraines so have done alot of research on this. The reason for the headaches is probably the nicotine. Nicotine causes vasoconstriction of the blood vessels in your head. Biggest reason for me to be careful to keep my nic level low. I also find myself chain vaping. Suprise, Suprise since i had a tendency to chain smoke. I would get headaches when I chain smoked too musch too.

Well now i have read the whole thing, she dident die of just drinking water she died becouse she dident go to the toilet and let the water out. If you dont drink 5 bottles of water in an hour and dont go to the bathroom you should be fine.

Big thing to be doing when vaping. Consume lots of water. A lot of people also tend to eat and drink less normal food due to happily vaping away. It happens without even realizing. The biggest cause of headeaches (80%) is dehydration.

PG/VG will dry out your mouth, but the actual dehydration properties are not huge. If you're barely drinking the appropriate amount of water daily anyway? You're gonna get a headache.

Also, drink water or juice. Soda isn't really effective for hydration because carbonic acid contributes to dehydration. Hit the straight water or some juice.

As far as medication? APAP or ibuprofen over Aspirin. Aspirin has awesome uses, but studies have shown that headaches seem to respond best to the anti-inflammatory properties of acetominophen or ibuprofen (tylenol, motrin.. yada yada yada, generics of these)

This is what I was thinking, besides, asprin isn't even approved by the FDA I deff shouldn't be taking it.

I'm also trying to loose a few pounds, the wii fit is telling me I need to be 10 pounds lighter, and I read online that drinking water is a natural appetite suppresent, and if I don't drink 8 glasses a day, the body naturally starts storing water which decreases my metabilism.

I deff need to be drinking more water + vaping less. I don't know about decreasing my nic though, I vape 11mg at night sometimes, but I have so much stuff in 24 mg, and I love my nic fix. I do drink a lot of diet pepsi and coffee all day long-- I'm deff not getting enough water or healthy food.

That's because they forced themselves not to go to the bathroom or vomit up the water. You can also go in to cardiac arrest if you drink too much water and ruin your electrolyte balance, but both ways are hard to achieve. I heard about this, her family was rewarded millions for the radio station not explaining risks or smoething. A nurse even called in and warned them

I have experienced some headaches, depending on the amount of chain vaping; like others, I have a hard time putting the PV's down. I tried lowering the nic from 24 to 18mg, but felt like I was missing something and ended up vaping more anyway. What HAS worked for me however, is to change the way I inhale. I now vape more like I would a cigar, ie more mouth draw, less inhaling. That has definitely helped me, give it a try Kimmy
