I used to smoke Marlboro Lights. Usually around a pack a day. I started vaping at 18mg, realized i could quickly go to 12mg no problem, so that's where i've been for the passed month. Lately, though my vaping habits/frequency hasn't changed, i've started getting antsy and shakey, and feel like i'm gonna either gonna jump outta my skin, or crash, or both. So i have to stop vaping for half an hour or so, then resume as needed. Is that a sign that i should drop nic level again? At first i thought it might've been a higher level of juice that the vendor accidentally mixed up, but i've gotten this way on the last 3 juices, and 2 were from different vendors. I didn't get like this at all really on 18mg, i just dropped cause i figured it was better for me, and i knew i'd be vaping quite a bit all day. I'm just worried about getting a decent TH at 6mg nic.

All over the place
I always read this notion that vaping doesn't allow you to absorb nicotine as well as smoking, but, smoking never made me feel nic sick the way vaping can, if you over-do-it. I generally reserve my next suggestion to someone that sounds like they could use it: WTA rectified the problems that you describe that were the exact same feelings that I had. The thing with WTA is you can vape 12mg and actually get a relaxed sense of mind and body that is akin to the analog effect. When I first got my WTA from Aroma I had also got a lot of other juices that were all 18mg (not WTA). When I tried them all I was definitely spun from over-vaping. I hate it when that happens! Don't know whether to sit or to stand, jeez! I figured, what the hell, I am already not feeling good so why not just taste the WTA and see. A funny thing happened after 3 or 4 vapes, I sat back in my chair and looked out the window for a few minutes. I got a up and went and sat on the couch and totally was in chill mode. I completely forgot about being spun.

The only reason I don't solely vape WTA is because of the other juices that I love. But, when I need it, it is there, or if I just want to vape it, I can do that. This is my experience, and what you described is exactly what I have gone through many times. WTA is also great for those times when you need a vape, but don't necessarily want to have an extended session, and it definitely will suffice!

Oh, WTA th at 12mg is all ya' need! Everyone is different blah, blah, blah. This stuff is right on point!

Good luck, man.

when you first started smoking, your lungs were maximized the intake of what was inhaled because they werent coated with tar.
now that you have stopped smoking, the tar is falling off and lungs starting to repair them self's, giving you almost the same sensation as before you were a smoker.

this might not be 100% of the story but its a part of it. yeah you wont really get the TH from 6mg (which is what i use) .....and thats a bummer. i miss the TH more than anything else, my head starts spinning from12 mg and i get real "jumpy" from sudden noises.

Apparently, I'm pretty sensitive to nic in vapor form. I had such a hard time with it when I started that I was driven to DIY within a couple months after I started. After over a year of vaping, I was forced to lower my nic level again to 6. I started at 24. I may be doing no nic soon without meaning to.
