I believe then that the problem is the batteries. Did you clear the battery connector of GG?

the pin that conects to the attomiser isnt flush with the top of the screw connetion its sittiing at the base of connector when the batts are inserted its almost like there should be a spacer to push the batts up a slight bit are missing something i have looked down the barrel and i can see the spring
The problem is that there is no current here so a touch does not work. Dirty battery connection, button's connection, or bolt connection. These are the GG connections, nothing else
the battery connetors has been clean and batteries have been tested on something else and they work
You mean the gold center pole of GG battery connector? If it does not moving, press it with your finger
The center pole of GGs battery connector is the gold nail witch has a big head. This head touches the battery. If this nail is stick, you must push it to start moving freely again
the head does not connetor to my battery there a big between gap my batteries and head however batteries are trying to work as they are warm and glowing
Ok, when the GG is working the batteries are cold and they dont glow. That means that a short cirquit happened
I want to ask something because all GGs are tested before the shipping.
When you get your GG, did you open the front cap or you just put the batteries and tried to smoke?

All I can think of is that a short circuit has caused the spring to shrink which now means the batteries aren't making connection with the atomiser end connector.
Both Imeo and I test each GG before they are shipped so I'm not sure what could have caused the short circuit?
