GG Engraving

Hey all ....

I just got a GGTS a week or so ago, it is great! But someone asked me about my engraving, what "style" it was?
I had no clue and basically said "It says GG ..... has some little wings ...."

Is there a certain name for styles? I see some that look like mine, and some that do not. I have no clue which is which ....

maybe you can let us know the serial number and we might know the "style" from there.

It's SS GGTS #1216? It has a small set of wings by the button and "The GG" right after it .... and "by Imeo" lower about a quarter turn on the tube.

should be an old style engraving.

Is there a place where there are pics of the different ones?
Is "new style" the bigger wings? I like the big ones, very cool!
I am trying to get all the names and abbreviations down ... it's a bit confusing.

Except the "by Imeo" part ... that is a little more plain print, rather than script.

Blu, here's the difference between the two styles of engravings. The old style is much shallower engraving and right above the button is a small set of wings and "the GG", the new style has a much larger and more deeply engraved set of wings. You can see the difference between these two product photos from the CoV site

Yours is the 2nd run of SS GGTS that was done around July, 2011

First run of SS GGTS just was numbered and had the logo and wings.
