no, I dont think its good bock, but what other solution we have? I cant propose anything else right now. I really dont know what I can do to help you. Any suggestions?

I love buying from the Greek seller and a bank transfer only costs me 1 euro. I understand however that it costs some people much more, depending on where they are. Why not allow all sellers to sell worldwide, that way everyone can buy from the seller of their choice.

Today, French people can't order from the Greek seller, the web site isn't configured for worldwide. I made a simulation, with France as the country in my address, I don't have access to shipping options at checkout. Changing with Germany, I have these options...

when French seller send you your money back you can order again from Greek seller Az.

French seller told me that he will refund all the money to people that preorder GG things. So tomorow I will ask Greek seller to open again the preorders

EDIT : Ok, country must be "Metropolitan France" and it works.

What would really be awesome is a Paypal or even a credit card option there... Wanted to get some stuff from Vassilis today, ordered the whole lot, but my bank only offers international transfers as an option, and I can't even do that by internet, I need to physically get there.

Imeo, I don't think you can do much honestly, it was great to have a French website and people to directly deal with in France, but if it doesn't work for you, let's not speak about it. Though, if we have to go through the Greek seller, the website needs improvement: Solid english translation for all products/webpages, and another payment alternative, Paypal, Credit Card, whatever, but something easier. French banking system sucks big time, and I swear that we have to pay extras for pretty much everything...including bank transfers, let alone go there to fill a paper and wait for 3-5 days to get it done.

Edit: Just wanted to add that Vassilis has been awesome, replying my emails and being very understandable. Only the website is not really designed for us as it is right now. Wanted to make it clear that the people a e-smokeguru are not to blame there ;)

vasillis is designing a very special site aid. I have seen it and its the best of all. He paid a lot for it. As for the payments, he is thinking of moneybookers maybe. Whats your opinion about this?

I think I had to use moneybookers once or twice...can't remember exactly how it works but I'll check that asap. As long as it makes payment easier, that would be a good solution. No extra fees would be the cherry on the cake as well :)
Thanks for helping us out Imeo. You always do, but just wanted to say thank you once again mate ;)

i can not understand how a online bank can charge a commission for a bank transfer in europe? perhaps those who complain about bank charges, make refer to institutes where to go in person, but then i suggest work with an online bank, i do not think this is too complicated because people use the internet for the forum.

French banks charge everything, anytime they can. Do your own stuff online, or go there in person, same story, you have to pay for pretty much anything.

I always thought money transfers inside the EU were free?
I have bought from the Greek seller and paid with an EU bank transfer (where you enter IBAN and BIC codes), it did not cost me anything.
Fyi I'm in Belgium, and from what I know, all Belgian banks are obliged to support transfers to EU IBAN accounts without any costs to conform with European legislation, I would think this is the same case in all EU countries?

I just checked my banks fees:
Transfers in Euros within EU cost apprx. 3€ if i transfer online (i.e. i do all the work, and my banker doesn't have to do anything!).
If i fill out a form and get my bank to do the transfer, the fee is 10€.
This is from a Danish bank.

In France, it's even more clever from them... International transfers are an option. That means that you basically have to get the option (and of course pay for it), and then, you can do whatever you like online and for "free". To sum it up, pay for it, then it's free :D
Only speaking for my bank there, some charge a certain amount, others charge an option etc...

But more than fees, most of the time, international transfers require to go to the bank by yourself, fill in a form, wait...wait...wait.

no problem aid:)
I will talk to vassilis about moneybookers. And I know the issue with the bank and maybe it will be solved in a few days. If not, moneybookers is the way to go.

its a lot of money as I see it osiris. If someone orders for example a GGTS ody base then will pay double the price

From Malta it's one euro to another eu country. That's for an online transaction.
