One question. I'd like the new GGTS/AVS combo but are any of the threads different between old and new? Will it all be interchangeable?

Well, Im somewhat disappointed. I have a life outside of ecigs (hard to believe I know) and I simply cant sit here and refresh a page a bunch of times during the day. I drive for a living and I simply cant just pull over every hour to do it.
I also have the situation of mailing - I have to be at the location I have it shipped to to accept the package which creates a logistical nightmare for me - Im busiest on Thursday and Friday and if the expected shipment comes in on Tuesday, the package wouldnt come until Thursday or Friday.
Compound this with the fact that unless I completely misunderstand the whole point of the GG line of products, the parts are interchangeable such that when an upgrade comes out, the user need only purchase the parts that were upgraded, not an entirely new unit, yet Im seeing alot of 'previous owners' that are just going to replace their entire unit for some bizarre reason rather than just replacing the upgraded parts, thus creating an even bigger shortage on the complete units for those of us that dont even have one of these yet.
Im not complaining, flaming, whining, etc., I just would like to get my hands on one (the sooner the better as I will be getting more busy during the summer). I also would like to take advantage of the discounted pricing which Im afraid I wont be able to do because Im worried I wont be able to get one of these in the allotted 2 weeks.
Ill pop in when I can and maybe Ill get lucky but I think that if it is possible, previous owners should consider replacing the outdated parts rather than buying a completely new unit. Perhaps the vendors who sell the unit could strongly encourage this as well.
I want to also mention, Im not interested in a used unit. I am looking for the improved design on the AFS system that doesnt leak. I have heard mixed reports from experienced persons who use the old models that they have small leaking problems and since the truck I am driving does not belong to me, I have to be very sensitive to any spills regardless of how small. Should I forget to wipe something up or clean something out, that could cost me my job.
Maybe Im making a bigger deal out of this than it really will end up being, we will see. But Im beginning to just say to hell with it and buy one 6 months down the road when business slows down a bit and the inventory/stock issues are less of a problem. For safety reasons however, I was really hoping to get a hold of one sooner rather than later - friends dont let friends drip while driving.

Well shipping to Australia is expensive so the issue becomes parts availability. Buying the two together makes sense for me as it will include the Aluminium parts I want. But I hope you get yours too. Keep your eyes open on the 20/21st.

Some of the descriptions might go up before the product goes fully into stock, but I can't actually delay the sales once they are ready.
Hopefully I'll have some information up before the stock holding goes live.

I believe it will all be interchangeable, yes, but I can't personally confirm this until I have them.
I have ordered one of the 2 x 18650 upgrade as I need to test it before being confident in it, specially with my own VHV atomisers. If I like it, I'll then probably enquire as to how many people are interested in buying one, before I go out on a limb and purchase a load myself - sound fair?

Actually, i know the extension itself will be more than nice, it's testing my atomisers with 2 x 18650 that I am most interested in - after all, there's no point anyone having these extension tubes unless they have reliable atomisers to use, right?

I'll do what I can HoPeFuLLL. Excellent plan with the LiFePO 18650s, I did not think of that at all!
I understand that the change to the brass centre section was due to Imeo not having enough of the silver centre sections to make it an all silver device, not my decision I'm afraid. (although I happen to like the two-toned look best myself anyway).
