CKC, will the holes lend themselves to something like a lanyard?

I hang my SD around my neck on a cord. It stays there all my waking hours. I tied it onto the lanyard and it doesn't look pretty but it works. Perhaps I could attach something through the holes in the GG that would be more attractive.

When I made the holes I was thinking of that. But remember to screw the front cap tight so it will not get unscrewed.

I actually agree with you,
altho I love the smoke blowing through the video, it is not enought o distract from the purpose of the excercise, which is as you pointed out --
to show the parts, and how it all fits and works to make up the different modes of the transformer,

also I think a lot of folks agree with you,
the GG Grant is a firm favourite with most,
but it is nice to have the options for the others isn't it ????

Many options require bigger of fatter GG. I understand how you feel gatsby, I want to give the best. If many people want a simpler GG I will do it again, no problem. But the Trans has so many things that its a little dificult to go back. What do you think?

Well, I missed out on the Grant when it was available and although I haven't got my trans yet either, I do fancy having a Grant as well if they are made again. From a business point of view though, I can see that it may not make sense offering it as an option again in the future.

The Trans has AFS to come and the promise of an array of unique atties up to 7v. and a host of battery configurations. Also, where it now also unscrews midway makes battery changing a little easier.

You can see why people would like both and/or have their favourite out of the two.
