I know the guy making these for Imeo, just up and disappeared. Will someone who owns a set of these (and happens to have a set of accurate calipers either metric or Imperial) please measure them. (Unless Zoranth already has the specs.) I'm assuming these are rare earth magnets.

There seems to be enough community interest in them, maybe we can find a supplier for Imeo while he is on vacation. I'm willing to do research (I can't promise I will be successful, but I can try.)

Unfortunately, I never did get a set or I would measure them out for you :(

However, Imeo has already provided this information here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/gg/202815-repairing-ggts-button-switch.html#post3605744

The magnets (set of 3) from VaporKings for the older "full throw" switches:

Diameter: 5.5mm
Center hole: 3.5mm
Thickness: 2.0mm

I measured a number of them and all are exactly those dimensions.

There is some leeway in the diameter, but the other dimensions need to be those I listed.

Yeah there is very little tolerence but been using it this way for 2 weeks and all is fine so far. Worst case scenario is I ruin my button. I kinda wonder if I can thin them out a little for use in the new button design.

Been searching on line for about an hour for the dimensions Imeo mentioned and can't find anything close.

I did order 50 of these http://www.indigo.com/magnets/neodymium-ring-magnet.html 5x2.5x1 magnets to try to modify. They may break but then again I have 50 of them lol. Maybe an abrasive buffing compound will be gentle enough to work.

And the only button I have is the old style lol. I believe the magnets Silent is sending you are the same ones I have. And I also believe that he is able to use them but only 2 instead of 3 where I have 3 in my old style button.

I only have new style buttons and I can fit 2.. almost 3. I don't have a old style button to test them in so I can't be 100% on if they will fit. I will send some to Dream and we'll find out.
