I've always stayed away from the GG for reasons of size, this is tempting me. However if the entire unit were stainless it would be past a temptation, purchase would be a certainty.

A regular ggts can be small also, it matters what battery you want to use.

ssGGTS 091 UFS with ss cap, 1.5 Ohm IKV atty, and a single AW LiFePo4 3.2V.

Pretty small and that's using a AW LiFePo4 + UFS on top.

GGTS with 18350 510 atty and standard drip tip is 12.1cm or 4 3/4 inch. With Boge 510 Carto and drip tip about 13.2 cm or 5 1/4 inch

I take the spring out, took out telescopic tune and put endcap on bottom battery tube. Really small and nice.

yes. but I didn't do it b4 getting a spare one. I've been thinking about filing the bottom battery contact for an ulterior 2mm loss. has anyone done that? link?

Be very careful so that you do not take so much off that the battery ends up resting on the button housing.

Sounds like you are about as small as you can get unless like you said you file down thebattery contact.

MisterD, yeah that's pretty small alright I've shortened a few mods along the way, I took 20mm off a MkI Screwdriver (25mm if you include the original button) and 9mm off a Super T P16 so I'd probably have a go at a GG eventually too if I eventually get one. I won't post pics in here as it's the GG subforum..

I think all in all the stealth would probably suit me better than the GGTS as I far prefer smaller mods (hence butchering the SD & P16) and if I got a GGTS I'd set it to it's smallest possible configuration and the rest would be wasted on a philistine like me.

There are a lot like me though, appreciate its looks but put off the GGTS purely by its size. The GG Stealth is a nice idea as it addresses this nicely, but Imeo please consider making this available in stainless too. There will be quite a few looking at this as a standalone unit in its own right, rather than a stepping stone to a GGTS and this thing would look absolutely awesome in stainless
