Thing crapped out on me after I put my credit card number in for my wicks.

I just got an email about ceramics, so one can assume they are adding ceramics now.

Needless to say I did not manage to actually check out with wicks.

Edit: Yep...it deleted my cart. What a joke.

oh ye of little faith They can't very well update the stock quantities while we're hammering it, IIRC this usually happens right before they make things available. Just give it a few minutes

I actually got an order through for some wicks and premade wires since thats all they had. Ill end up paying shipping twice but oh well.

so what do u do when site is down. do u just refresh still or u have to log off

I got an order thru. The upper cart thing is trus must use the lower one. Keep refreshing each step of the cart. That is how I got it to work. I know your saying dont refresh but I had no choice as every time I hit next it gave an error message, so I had to refresh to get back.

even though the top page cart shows emptied out (zero), look at the lower left hand corner, all your stuffs should still be there... mines are.

Yea it's in the bottom cart.

My timing was like 30 seconds off. I had entered my credit card info and that's when it went down.

What was it that people were saying about how the pre-order thing is not cool? It seems pretty cool right about now. I asked them if this was going to happen 2 days ago and they answered but would not respond to that question.

Yep, go ahead and refresh when you get an error message. It's only when you haven't actually gotten that message yet that you should be patient ;-) Checkout can be a pain, but I've never had any issues arise from refreshing during the checkout process as necessary

For the new Ody you need the V2 ceramic. If your ceramic has two legs (ceramic in both channels) you need the older one, but if it only has one leg (ceramic only in one channel) then you need the V2
