I was under the impression Bruce would have the Ody today and SHIP Tuesday.. why can't they just tell us what the tracking number is saying?

They gave an update on another thread here...it's at DHL...waiting for word to be picked up, then they have to assemble them. I am guessing they are sending the Oddy to us in a few days and then Penelope next week.
Did you read was Justin said? It's not too certain but he said Bruce and him are waiting for it to be available for pick up at the DHL place, so I think it's in today, and of they can assemble all 1000 of the rebuildable parts by tonight then they'll ship out tomoro. I'm guessing probably by Wednesday.
I have to laugh as all the naysayers are saying the same thing about Zen/House of Hybrids. We all know that vape stuff is a 2nd job for all these advanced mod making guys and I appreciate them for that, because without them, I'd still be vaping Egos or worse, smoking 3 cigars/day. When Zen put stuff up on his site, it crashed and many people were upset because they didn't get one (myself included!). When Bruce does a presale, everyone gets upset when they don't get tracking info. I think the bottom line is people are getting impatient for the latest/greatest stuff and the demand outweighs supplies which in turn drives up the resale price on the classies, and if you have to have one now, you can probably find one for a price, otherwise, get back in line with the rest of us and ride it out. Personally, I am a little happier knowing that because I paid for my 2 Pens and an Ody, that I'll get it eventually. These advanced mods are worth it to keep things interesting and me from smoking cigars. That to me, the presale was better than staying up 5 hours past my bedtime trying to get a Zenesis and struck out. To each his own, but I'm happy to wait since I know it's coming. Sure communication could be better, but if it were, it would require some additional resources and drive up the cost of the already pricey mods, so again, I'll just wait it out. Just my $.02.
My deal is going to the site and expecting to get the product on its way on the 15th like it said. If I would have known it was going to take longer I would have got another PV else where or made two orders. In the very least I would have asked if by making just one order if I was screwing myself over. All I had to look at was 6-15th and how it didn't seem like a very long wait. That's it. If the time went longer I feel like someone should have gave me a heads up and offered to ship the PV. I would have been glad to pay extra shipping if I had known it was going to take this long. I don't think I am asking to much.
The last two times I sold items in the classys I was asked after the money was sent, to ship that very day. I put my handling time at 3 days, every time just in case. Did I say well you didn't read the fine print, your screwed. No I got the items in the mail. Its a common courtesy. My PV has been sitting on a shelf since the 6th and I need it.
If you ordered an Ody, and you want the $ now for it, let me know, as I might take it off of your hands, and pay you today!! I have NO PROBLEMS waiting a few more days for it!! I have been waiting for over 5 months for an ODY, and I would love to end up with 2, but I didn't have the $ when they were being sold. Not for nothing, but it will only be a few more days,and you will be in vaping bliss if you decide to wait for it!!
Just some food for thought!! I am a STRONG believer that these LOSERS that buy these hard to get items, and turn around and sell them on the classeys a week or 2 later after they are not longer availible for even 1 penny more then what they originally paid, ARE TOTAL JERKS!!!!!! I have seen this community do some amazing things!! Just this past weekend, a member of the vaping community has cancer, and is going through some hard times, and a vaping network ran a raffle, and auction, and raised over $20,000.00 for him!!!! Where else do a bunch of stranger do that??? Smokers sure the hell don't!!!!! Then you have these scalpers that rape these vapers that really want an item and these scumbags take total advantage of them!! Just my opinion, and if you are one of these people, then so be it!! But if you are the one looking to buy one of these, just wait, and it will be back in stock, and you will pay retail!!!!!! Sorry for the rant!!!!!!! But that is how I feel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LOL. The issue has turned into the wait for the Atty. But I dont care how long it takes (within reason).
The issue is that I bought a PV with it that's sitting around collecting dust. You can buy the Lambo if ya want lol. I was going to get a DID Atty, and a SS Provari with ext cap, and blue LED. Then Brian told me about the Oddy and now here I am. Had to get the Atty and a Lambo. Only I cant vape anything worth a darn till it gets here. Just stuck. I want to slap myself for selling my first Provari.
FWIW, I'm still waiting for the DID I ordered 3 weeks ago. Got confirmation 3 weeks ago, shipping notice 2 weeks ago, last week something about not getting things shipped out right, and this morning something about being held up in Greek post office.
jslick, I ordered the DID also, and it got shipped out on the 13th, and was in NYC on the 14th, Now there is no movement, and I don't have my DID!!! Can't wait for mine to get here, I ordered it even before Scott did his review, and I still don't have it, but I can wait!!! I waited for awhile for my Zenesis Standard, but now that I have had it for over a week, I will wait again, and again, and again................. When it comes to these awesome devices, waiting is just part of the game. As for waiting for the Lambo, I waited for over 2 months for the real Stainless Steel Apollo Vtube, and it is the same as the Lambo, but SS, and it is okay, but nothing I should have waited for over 2 months.
Striker, Why in the world did you sell your Provari, and now you are waiting on a Lambo?????? Those 2 devices are just not in the same league, IMO!!! I like my Vtube, but my Chrome SS Provari is the shiznet!!!!
The one device I have been waiting forever on is the GGTS, and the time is getting near, and believe me, I will be doing what I need to do to get one!!!!! Except pay these scalpers $500 for one, when they sell for $209!!!!!!!!!!
It will be worth the wait striker . I do feel for you having to wait for your pv tho it shouldn't be to much longer buddy. hang in there you will be glad you did .

So if everything here is as it appears, I have to agree w the fact that he should of been given the option of paying for shipping twice. That would be just common courtesy. Keep in mind that I'm the guy who a few posts back said I have no problem waiting for the best of the best. Also I would much rather prepay and wait vs take part in a free for all in the middle of the night when ultimately the site freezes because the whole world is trying to get in. But like I said, if all is as it appears, a lambo should not be sitting on the shelf unless the customer says I dont want to pay for shipping twice.

What these fellows have undertook is a massive operation, and the fact that they will be able to pull it off at all says a lot about their organizational abilities. In my book a couple of week delay is nothing compared to what could of happened with this global undertaking. So lets be patient and be thankfull we have the oppurtunity to be a part of this excellent program.

I sold the Provari and the first Iatty, I bought from Brian for the Zenesis Standard. Thats when it all went down hill. Then traded for Orion. Then sold Orion to get back into a Provari. Thats when I found out about the Oddy being on presale. Didnt know how much time I had to think the PV over, so I took the leap.
I think it was a better idea to have a Genesis and Iatty that I could afford and be able to use both on one PV with 18650's. I cant afford a lot as you can see in my sig. I am way over budget and still waiting.

Yes in a nut shell that's it. Even if I was given the option how was I to know that It was not going to ship from COV on the 15th like it said. I have to say something that some people may not like. I think all preorders should be made separate and every customer should be charged shipping twice for two orders. If something is in stock then it ships. The preorder ships when it comes in. Nothing left to do but give people updates on the preorders. Seems like a good way to go about it.
I do respect everyone involved. Its not that I just want to come here and bash anyone. I just seen a hole and wanted to say something about it. Any good business person would love that. No harm done. I will know better next time, and just hope no one else has to learn the way I did in the future.
Just needs more power. I need like 4.2V and I can only run it for like one or two pulls till the home made PV gets to hot. Cant pull the power.
