Before buying Iatty, UFS, Odysseus, too, I've never used distilled water.
My juice was 50 \ 50 PG \ VG
This composition is excellent for drip.
But for better impregnation of the wick (dry to avoid a hit), I began to add distilled water.
The number corresponds to a pair of proportions of juice (60 \ 40 VG \ PG). Taste the water does not change. If it is not enough, you can always add flavor to enhance the flavor of juice.

Typically your issue is caused by one or all of the following:

Wire type does not handle the high heat well ( Make sure you are using the recommended wire type) Nickle, NiChrome, Kanthal typically

Wire gauge is too low for the voltage supplied

Battery not producing enough voltage for the coil in question

Coil wrapped too tight around the wick

Coil wrapped with too much or too little space between each winding

Wick material too soft or not solid enough

Juice viscosity too rich for coil / wick setup

Darker colored juices tend to produce more junk or even completely coat a HR coil at a lower voltage

Above is just a few things you can look at for starters.

Hope this helps.

Peace-
Yes that does help a lot. Like the signature.
From the list what I can see is my coil looks spaced to far in the center and can also be to tight. Maybe I should wrap with a needle next time. Its quite flimsy and clumsy without one.

Awesome. I just learned something. Thanks for the help.

We cannot be responsible for any sorts of dyhydration, lack of sleep, and all over grumpiness for the snail pace that USPS might take place during said stalking session... Striker, that's what I do. I use a straightened paper clip, that way I can wrap tightly and it won't be pinching the wick and restricting flow after the paper clip is removed. A pin, sewing needle or long syringe needle will work just as well. I also use a second strand of wick just where I'm wrapping the coil.

For cleaning the gunk, a dry burn should be sufficient. A coil a day is definitely too short of a life on them. Once you get a good setup going you should get a lot more time out of it, though exact amount will vary based on how you use it
