12MG @ 6V on a 901 HV atty for me.
I am trying to reduce (doctors orders) however I can't seem to get a TH with anything below 12mg...6 is like breathing in air to me.... Need to experiment with some Everclear.

Yea if you are using the AFS then you really need to reduce your nic level because you are able to vape a lot more ml than if you were dripping. There is simply no time wasted when you can pick up the device and take a puff. I was also one of these that needed about 24mg because of the TH but when I started using the AFS many months ago I had to reduce my nic level. I found that some flavors especially tobacco flavors from Flavorart provide me a TH even at low nic levels.
Yup I am finding myself having to refill / rebuld the AFS around 5pm ish to last me in to the night.
Going through I lot of jiuce since I started using AFS
Using 2xLiFePO4 (17340) 6.4V (6.8V real) on 12mg (Had a heart issue on 24mg which scared me so going down to zero). Lost 5 or so VHV attys within 2 weeks using 16340 (7.4V) as well as having several dud batteries, I give up on 7.4 as this is too expensive for little gain compare to 17340's.
At the moment I am using a carto and 7.4V with about 6mg juice. I got a little metal punch with a sharp point. I pop a little dent with the hammer and punch then I use my rotary tool on a drill press stand and make a pretty good sized hole in my carto. It is working great for me.

crap batties are good for something ;-) I use AW 3V, they give together ~ 6.4=perfect and high enough
I will have to try some of those next time I buy batteries. There is a big difference in the batteries you use. I wish I could use the 2 big AW's in my Big Storm but I am a wimp.

I have tried IMR AW 3.7V, too high, will burn the carto 100%. The AW 3V are perfect!!
